1st timers, stopped in on the way to the airport to go back to Chicago for some lunch.

Im a Sicilian foodie that loves a good meal!

We ordered lasagna and a small pizza.
Both were very well made, hot and tasty. Pizza crust was slightly crunchy and buttery, not oily at all. Sauce was excellent, as was the mushrooms & sausage. Generous amount of high quality cheese also not oily. Bravo.

Id definitely recommend both and come back the next time im in the area.

Outstanding service and the food is fantastic! My family and I eat here multiple times a week and every time it’s great! We love the BBQ chicken pizza and the mozzarella brick is delicious - the Veggie number 1 pizza is another favorite! The grinders are also a must try and the portions are huge, we always have left overs.

We went here a couple times. Service was kind of slow that day but we enjoyed the food here. The pizza was tasty. Usually pizza places make overly salty pizza but this place is just right. Lasagna was good too. The special fried ravioli with brisket was sooo good. They have beer and wine here.

Update 5/28/24: it has been over one week since I spoke to an owner or someone that advised my refund was processing and constantly being told to delete my review. Not only can you not get your food that people ordered correct, you can’t even process a $12 refund lol never recommending to anyone.

Ordered a “Caesar salad” along with other items. Take a look at the description of their “Caesar” salad and the pic of what I actually received, paid $12 for just chopped lettuce and croutons lol. Was pretty disappointed, oh well. Make your own judgement.

Service was horrible. Waited 10 minutes for menus , then longer for drinks. Ordered and waited 45 minutes for pizzas. My daughter grabbed a slice and the entire pizza went to the floor because the pizza was not cut through all the way.
I asked for a refund because at this point I was ready to leave. The lady was rude and told us to just go and to leave the other pizza that we ordered and already paid for. We said no that we just wanted a refund for the pizza that fell. Had it been cut correctly it wouldn’t have happened .

To your response yes my children did spill over the soda and I was yelling for them to get paper towels or napkins because your staff was no where to be found. As far as the debit card falling, yes I was able to move the tables and the booths in which to look under them incase the card fell (where we also moved everything back to the original place and decided to move ourselves to a different table because it was all sticky and no one offered to clean the table for us.) The whole time this is going on your staff again was no where to be found or asked if they could help us with anything. When we realized that the card fell between the trim and the wall yes I asked for a hammer so I could pop the trim off and grab the card and then put the trim back in its place without any damages. Now as far as the pizza and waiting over 45 minutes for it yes my daughter went to go grab a piece and the whole pizza slid off the stand on to the floor because it was not cut all the way through and the pizza was stuck together as one. Yes I did asked if a refund was possible because we weren’t able to eat it from it falling. And when I asked, you got a whole attitude and were extremely rude saying it’s not my staffs fault the pizza fell and you told us to leave both of the pizzas there and to leave even though the waitress has already took my money to pay for everything. At the end you did give me a refund for that pizza but it was definitely not a good experience at all visiting there for the first time so yes I did give you a one start and if I was able to I wouldn't have even gave you anything at all.

This might be the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I wanted just a slice of cheese pizza to go and ended up waiting 20 min (place was empty) and got handed a small tinfoil wrapped slice that looked like someone threw a bowling alley pizza in a toxic waste dump to mutate into what’s seen in the picture attached. No sauce, congealed cheese, and the crust was just cardboard. This is not pizza - disgusting. Also - pretty sure the lady at the counter left my slice sitting out there because she was too busy on her phone.

What a disappointment. I received an email for my Birthday pizza. I've been coming here for 57 years and don't get me wrong but the pizza is superb but this year it went from receiving a free pizza on your birthday to only getting ten bucks off. I totally understand that because maybe business has dropped off.
I ordered on the phone and when I got there they wouldn't give me the discount because I hadn't bought a pizza there since March even though I live 35 miles away. I ended up paying full price. Its too bad that they've lost a customer after all these years. And....the owner did not read my review because if they had they would have read that I was refused any discount and the blonde woman behind the counter made me pay full price and that is why you are losing a customer who has been buying your pizza for the past 57 years. False advertising is illegal.

WORST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD. All bread. So. Much. Dough. Ordered toppings on whole with a couple additional on half to accommodate a food sensitivity & they did them on separate halves so the ones that were supposed to be additional on half were the only ones on that half. Not to mention that the toppings were so sparse they were barely noticeable to begin with- particularly the meat. To top it all off there was the lightest layer of cheese- it wasn’t even enough to cover the whole thing. Most disappointing dinner ever.
