Best real-estate agent ever. Other agent cares about just selling the house so they can make the commission but NOT Tushar. He tells you everything that is wrong with the house so you can make a better decision quickly and back out, saving you time and money on inspection. We used his service and seen many houses for two years in different towns. After seeing so many houses we finally found the one we were waiting for. After house inspection by professionals (HouseMaster) Tushar fought together with us and was able to convince the seller to take off 11K from the total. Tushar fights for you so you don't get screwed buying a house. He does NOT make you sign anything for showing you a house which is a big plus (unlike lots of new agents these days that does and locks you in stripping you of your freedom to see houses via better agents). The best part is Tushar has experience, knowledge, connections so when you do want to buy a house he will hook you up with everyone lawyer, inspection, bank etc... I know my next house will definitely be through Tushar
