As anyone who is reading this review may know, the search for a house to call home has not been an easy feat for the past couple of years. Prior to meeting Beth and Mick, my partner and I had worked with one other realtor who did not have our best interest in mind, and so we had to move on and find someone else who was a better fit. After having a virtual meeting with Mick and meeting Beth in person, we felt at ease and understood. This search has been a turbulent one, but Beth had always reassured us that we would eventually find a house of our own even when we were both losing a bit of hope. Her positivity and honesty during all of these showings were exactly what we needed. I did not expect to become friends with my realtor, but she really has become someone I would want as a part of my life. Long story short, my partner and I found a wonderful house as a result of Beth and Mick's expertise. Mick has been truly great. Knowledgeable, patient, kind, and has a sense of humor. He started helping me and my husband with our land/home hunt while we were still out of state, and was on top of everything during the whole process. He educated us on various aspects of land acquisition and development, home-buying, and home renovation, and kept us in the loop of important deadlines. He was always checking in on us and following up, even after the deal was done. I would definitely go with Mick and team again, if the need arose.

If I could, I'd give Mick 10 stars. We were immediately impressed with Mick's personal skills and how he connected with our family right off the bat. But even beyond that we were impressed with his professional multi-faceted expertise. He is a one-man band when it comes to all things real estate. He can do everything from connecting to the client and the entire family, to sharing his knowledge of how to set the stage when selling and taking the most beautiful photos of your place to capture what you've loved all those years while owning it, to setting the price right, and executing a good deal. He negotiates in a strong but amiable way. I feel safe having him be our spokesperson when it comes to negotiation on our behalf. We have used Mick's services both in selling and buying our homes. In the past, we have been skeptical about agents who felt like car salesmen and just wanted to get the most money out of us. But that isn't Mick. He is genuine and we feel like he wants to be straightforward and honest and also help us get the most out of a deal or tell us it's not a good deal, his honest feedback was greatly appreciated. He is very knowlegable in the market and is up to date on the all the latest tech to maximize the transaction. I highly recommend him in all things real estate.
