PRO is undoubtedly the best rafting outfitter in Flagstaff for support of private trips! They provide assistance in getting you to and from the river with top of the line equipment & gear, as well as plenty of detailed information to ensure that your trip is a success. They also worked with us to make pickups and dropoffs convenient and timely. Beth was on the phone with members of our group many times, as well as out there with us giving our river orientation on day 0. She was very helpful and friendly and so were the rest of the support staff! They also threw some complimentary add-ons our way since we committed to running the trip the amidst all of the cancellations due to covid - the umbrellas were very necessary and we had a blast in those duckies!! They really appreciated our business and went the extra mile to ensure the trip was perfect.

All in all that was a seamless and unforgettable experience. I just spent the best two weeks of my life at the bottom of the Grand Canyon, and PRO is a big reason for that!

By far the best gear and services outfitter for the Grand Canyon. If you are lucky enough to win a private river permit this is your one stop shop for gear or their “painless private”. Or if you are searching for a commercial guide service this is the best company and team in town. Very quality custom gear, shuttle service, staff, food packs, and incredible customer service. I’ve used PRO gear rentals in one way or another on over ten of my canyon trips and have been stoked every single time. I have also seen how other trips using the wrong outfitter can cause the trip of a lifetime to turn into a disaster. PRO will not let you down and will exceed your expectations on what a perfect Grand Canyon trip can be.

Great boats and gear! Ample, and yummy food! All I would Have loved to see is some red cabbage and radishes . But that’s me being picky!

Great customer service and quality boats. But the system for stowing gear is awkward and primitive, requiring lots of labor and pinched & worn fingers to pack and unpack each day. Food is good and plentiful. But again, lots of labor to find and instructions were so-so (e.g., took couple of days for us to figure out that "BB" meant black bag.). Overall we felt their systems wasted our time each day, and that's precious time down there.

I passed by this place so many times in Flagstaff, never really thinking about what it was. But when I needed to rent satellite phone and some dry bags, this was the place to go. Great prices in great staff. If I ever need to do a river trip sometime, I'm heading here. They seem to have everything you could think of to make that rough outdoors trip go a little smoother.
