Went above and beyond to help accommodate my order. My wife was on a work trip and staying in Essex, Ct from Iowa and I wanted to have a few surprises waiting for her at her hotel. I called in to Joy Chocolate Co. and inquired about a delivery to hotel. Jennifer was super helpful and even sent me pics of the selections so I could decide what to buy. They made a fantastic box and the day my wife arrived the owner Claire ran them down to the hotel! The chocolates were amazing! The service to make it happen was amazing! Thank you Joy Chocolate Co.!!!

I stopped by to purchase a few boxes as Christmas gifts. I got 3 boxes of a dozen each and one box of 24 pieces. The owners were very helpful and friendly in helping me answer questions about shelf life, how to store, and picking out my selection. When I stopped by, the owner was finishing up on the chocolate sea salt caramel pieces and let me purchase some before she put them out on the shelf. I definitely recommend anyone to visit and I will definitely come back and purchase for future gifts! Thanks again!

I can't say enough about the hospitality and quality of Joy Chocolate Co. I have frequented this little slice of heaven for gifts. Everyone that I gifted these high quality chocolates to has raved about them! My personal fav is their dark chocolate sea salted caramels. My mom, one of my gift recipients, can't stop talking about the chocolate covered figs.
Go for a visit! The hospitality will put a smile on your face and the chocolate will make you taste buds explode!

We were out today taking a drive. We went into this cute chocolate shop. Can’t pass up a chance to try new chocolate shops. We met the owners who were very nice. They make the chocolate in the shop.
This is a shop, you must stop by and try. The Turtles were amazing, the Carmel was perfect. Milk Chocolate Potato Chip Bark was delicious and even tried the Chocolate Covered Figs.

Stopped by on their opening weekend and was super impressed with the adorable decor and sweet owner. The homemade s'mores bark was delicious and high quality. They also have a great cup of gourmet coffee that has chocolate notes in it. Definitely will be back to try more goodies next time we are in town!

A very cute chocolate/sweets shop with ice cream and coffee. It is beautifully decorated and the chocolate is delicious.
