This is the second time trying this car wash. It’s not terrible but expect to scrub the car still and definitely dry it yourself or you will have water marks all over your car. The vacuums that worked were great but out of 4 of the vacuums accessible for the spot I was in 2 of them were clogged so no suction. Bring your own towels as the ones they provide left lint all over the first time I went.

I thought about the video at the last second, so I apologize for the poor quality. Next time I go through, I will make a better video. It’s definitely “quick” when you go through, but it does a great job!

I’ve used this car wash a few times, and I have zero complaints! They have a guy who “pre power washes” your car, and usually a couple other guys helping customers at the check in screens and/or cleaning things, like sweeping the lot or something.

Would I bring a brand new vehicle I don’t know. New car paint, and new car trims should be done “by hand” or professionally for the 1st few times. After that, I’d probably feel more comfortable.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Canceling my vehicles and stopping payments with credit card companies !!! Absolutely pathetic

Well the manager of the car wash I use finally reached out to me. We discussed my issues and he was very understanding about my complaints. I was never complaining about the performance of car wash but the fact that I wasn’t able to reach a manager for my issues. I have 5 cars on the monthly plan and the billing was extremely confusing but I think our discussion has cleared my head about some of the problems.
We will see and I plan to keep a few of my vehicles signed up. The car wash itself works well and now I have a contact.

Don’t bother paying for undercarriage wash, it does little to nothing frame still covered in dirt. Does an excellent job on the top cleans up the paint great. Would rate 5 stars if it actually cleaned up the undercarriage like it says.

Nice car wash. I pay for the unlimited washed and I love it. The mat cleaner and vacuums with free glass cleaner and rags are a nice touch. Bonus...my kids LOVE going through it

Normally I’ve enjoy going to this car wash. This evening when I arrived I purchase the same package I always get. Pulled around and the kid looked like he couldn’t be bothered. No prewash. Hit the buttons and sent my vehicle through dry. The rinse at the end was not working so I came out and had to wipe the soap off of my car… be careful who you employ because when you’re not around, they represent your company. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received today. I don’t think I will be returning

For a Full service Car wash, it was too notch, quick, convenient, it even offers free gratuitous of vacuum and pressure air to clean the interior, well done
