Danny has been my A/C guy since I bought this house. He is honest and straightforward. Pricing is fair, service calls are scheduled swiftly and work is completed right away. When I got a mysterious leak in the kitchen ceiling, I didn’t panic, just set out a pot and messaged Danny to see if he was available. He replied and let me know he could come by the following day. He showed up and got right to it. I appreciate him explaining exactly what had happened, no bullshirt. I know better now. I’ll have my unit checked BEFORE summer and this won’t happen again. Highly recommend Alliance and Danny! (He saved me in the freezing cold of winter once too, a lifesaver in our crazy New Orleans weather)
