My husband and I signed up for the kayak mangrove tour. It was fun and educational. Our guide shared many details of the islands, native animals and personal experience - enhanced the kayak tour. We saw lizards, jelly fish, star fish and maybe a turtle. I was bummed not to see a manatee. (not in the companies control). The group we joined was around 14 people, all ages, all levels. The toe to toe of the kayaks made me overly mindful of the newbies ahead of us and behind. Smaller group would have been more my style. In the future I would rent kayaks or try paddle boarding. All together we loved the experience. Tour guide was great and took photos of all the parties so we could focus and put phones down.

This was the second time I’ve done this tour with Lazy Dog Adventures. I was able to bring my 78 year old Mom on this excursion because of their professionalism and care. They helped with getting her into and out of the kayak with kindness and respect. My mother enjoyed being able to touch and handle the aquatic animals that she was learning about. After the tour, the guides took a picture for us to remember the day. A huge shout out to Heather who was our guide on this trip and Lindsey who was our guide on my previous trip.

We had a blast on our Lazy Dog Adventures kayaking tour! Our highly knowledge guide, Lindsay, led us through the mangrove tunnels to show a beautiful, hidden world. We saw iguanas, frigate birds, jellyfish, starfish, sea slugs, sea hare, and a nurse shark. We highly recommend this tour and will book the “Key West Sand Bar and Paddle” tour next time we’re in town.

We had an excellent experience and a very knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide. We learned so many things about the creatures and plants that thrive in the mangroves as well as how they interact with eachother. We saw iguanas in the trees, many species of birds, nurse sharks and tarpon.We were able to see and hold the "upside-down jellyfish", starfish, and a few other creatures I can't name. It was a beautiful day with a nice breeze, currents to guide us and mangroves tunnels to provide the perfect amount of shade to off set the sun. I would highly recommend this experience!

Awesome friendly and knowledgeable staff. They really cared about taking care of us and making sure we had a great time and were safe. The whole experience was amazing. It's kind of one of those bucket list things that I would suggest anyone to do. We drove all the way from Miami down to key West to do this for the day and it was worth it for sure. We saw a shark we saw manatee, jellyfish, starfish, iguanas lots of little fish and the mangrove tunnels were just amazing. Thanks Lazy Dog Adventures. Sincerely, your friends from St. George, Utah!

Our guide Heather was amazing-she taught us so much about the marine ecosystem of key west! She is so knowledgeable and does her job with such enthusiasm and positivity! We saw manatees, mangrove crabs, jellyfish, and a nurse shark! All while enjoying a peaceful ride in our kayaks! This trip is definitely worth the time and money!! Great job Lazy Dog!!

My husband and I did the afternoon mangroves kayak tour with Lazy Dog Adventures. It was an absolutely awesome experience!! Heather (our tour guide) was wonderful!! She told us many interesting facts about the area & the mangroves, habitat and animals from the area. Kayaking around the mangroves was so much fun!! We were also lucky enough to see some of the manatees that were hanging out in the area. The other amazing thing about Heather ... She shared her pictures and video she took of the manatees. If I could, I would give Lazy Dog six stars out of five!!!

This is our second time renting kayaks from Lazy Dog Adventures in the last three years! We had an amazing two hours on the water! My husband and I each had a kayak with our two dogs! The day was beautiful, the staff was super friendly and we even saw two manatees! Our pups had a great time too! We highly recommend Lazy Dog Adventures!
