Beware of scam with this mechanic shop , I took my car for a transmission repair at this location the manager named Jaime sold me a full transmission repair in $2500 plus taxes and alignment and he said it had a 1 year warranty(he did not put it in writing big mistake on my part),

Pure lies!!, transmission locked up 3000 miles after repair, My goodfella Jaime said warranty was only 6 months , and then he said the part that broke this time is not covered under warranty because is a separate electronic module inside the transmission which does not make any sense,

summarizing pure lies I ended up having to pay another $850 to get Jaime to install a used transmission and be able to get my car out of the shop , they also lost my car's key fob and my car had a big dent most likely caused by another car while backing up ,my car it was parked for weeks outside the shop , DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop they are thieves , really bad experience, I would never go back ,

My car TPMS came on today as I was nearby and decided to stop by to see if they could diagnose which tire it was. "Jaime" who is apparently the owner began raising his voice at me, condescending because I didn't know which tire it was, rude and very disrespectful. Since they are "experts" I asked for a diagnosis assuming they would be able to tell me and explain the process worked before paying, and he insisted in getting my info and paying to then only did bad mouth me in Spanish with another customer. very disrespectful and classic customer service attitude.

Don't worry he'll remind you he's the owner of this sleazy service to justify his street decorum.

this is disgusting, come here if you want to be treated like dirt by Jaime.

I rarely make good review about mechanics but I had an issue with a falling shadow piece on my car and took it to this tire store for a quick fix thos morning. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff there not only identified the problem but also fixed it for free. Their customer service was top-notch and they made sure to explain the problem and the solution in a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend this tire store for any of your car needs. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe to drive and that I left their store satisfied.

We were in a rental car passing through the area and wound up with a nail in a tire. We got off the highway and got so so lucky to end up at this shop. Not only did he get us in right away, he didn't overcharge us, it was fixed perfectly and we were on our way! Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Jaime is very knowledgeable.
Good service. 25 USD to fix a punctured tire with the internal patch. Fair price. They will not service your car unless they can guarantee a 100% good work. And that is the right 👍 criteria.

Terrible owner with low self esteem and takes forever for the simplest services. Took over a month to get wipers and all he had to do was order from Autozone, couldn't even do that.
Terrible attitude but very quick to overcharge prices without fixing anything. Falsely charged 372 claiming a computer issue. A liar and a thief, surprised he's still the boss
