You absolutely have to stay here. First and foremost, Josh and Erin are incredible hosts. They're kind, easy to talk to and will do everything to ensure you're taken care of. The property is stunning. Rooms are cozy and clean, and decorated in beautiful detail. Plenty of refreshments. They cook a full European breakfast in the morning that will make you want to slap your mama. My only regret is not staying longer.

Heads up, Martha Stewart! Josh and Erin have created a truly artful experience for all who are fortunate to stay here. This B&B is unique and beautifully restored by the owners, making the most of what’s old while adding unexpected touches. Don’t be surprised to return home with a new way of looking at how you live…Very inspirational! And Erin’s muffin recipes are absolutely delicious, as was everything else on the beautifully presented breakfast buffet. They are a warm and welcoming couple and I look forward to our next visit! My favorite b&b stay ever! Erin and Josh are two incredibly talented individuals who are executing on a magical vision and I feel lucky to have been a part of it for two nights. The rooms are beautiful, the location is great, the breakfast was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, and the overall vibe was warm and welcoming. No doubt this place will become a favorite among all of their visitors. My only regret is that I don’t live closer and can’t visit more often.

Our anniversary visit was absolutely wonderful and a delight to the senses! The homemade breakfast was plentiful, delicious and displayed so beautifully. We awakened to the smell of fresh-baked bread and muffins and robust coffee. Our room was quiet and peaceful and supplied with thoughtful touches like locally-made soap and lotion. The decor was so creative! If you appreciate art and design, you are in for a treat and will leave feeling inspired! Erin and Josh made us feel very welcome. Eileen of Mystic is as much a destination as the local attractions. We look forward to our next visit!

The barns have been perfectly renovated, keeping the character but providing modern luxuries and special touches. I had the room on the top floor which had a very large shower and view down the drive. In the lounge and shared spaces the hosts have provided a selection of beverages for free, including water, coffee and beer. The breakfast was also great. Erin and Josh are very friendly and passionate hosts, and this place feels so quiet a peaceful and an excellent alternative from the usual corporate busy\noisy hotel chains.

It is rare the couple I work for asks me to leave a review, but upon their return from their stay at Eileen of Mystic, they specifically requested I leave a rave review for this B&B. They travel often and have high standards for hotels, preferring five star luxury boutique properties. Eileen of Mystic was a wonderful, welcome surprise on their short jaunt to Connecticut to see a show - I think they liked the B&B more than the show they went to see!|The hosts were welcoming and hospitable, and the artist's eye for detail was woven into the care of each guest as well as the property itself. The craftmanship of the property, the interesting art, the fabulous breakfast... it all made for a truly delightful stay. (The hosts even made a special trip to get oat milk for morning coffee without being asked so everyone could have their morning coffee exactly how they wanted it.) It was also a great location to be in to explore Mystic itself.|There are only three available suites at the B&B, and they booked all of them with friends. All in all, the stay was an utter delight, and if they have need to be in the Mystic area again we know where they'll be staying!

Josh & Erin are incredible hosts & have done an amazing job with this place! Every room is unique, interesting, and superbly decorated. Extremely cozy all around. Erin made some delicious baked goods in the morning too!

Absolutely loved the farm the moment we pulled in the driveway. Erin and Josh are charming and wonderful hosts. We felt so very comfortable and at home here. The breakfast was superb, homemade and delicious! The room was tastefully decorated, clean and quiet. Such a charming oasis. We will plan on returning!
