I ordered a cake from Sugar Crystles Bakery for my daughters second birthday and I was not disappointed. I needed a last minute wedding cake for my client- as in one day’s notice! I scrolled through bakeries in New Milford, CT, and was happy to find Crystle. She whipped up an absolutely beautiful cake, from scratch. She made real buttercream, with flecks of vanilla bean. The chocolate mousse filling was spot on and it was decorated elegantly with autumnal flowers. I highly recommend her!

She was very easy to consult with, delivered our cake within the contracted parameters, and gave detailed instructions to our venue about storage and display of the cake. Cystle was a dream! I am so glad I stumbled across her Facebook page and reached out to her! She was so lovely to work with and made my wedding cake and cupcakes exactly as I pictured them! Meeting Crystle and trying the flavors of cupcakes I knew she was an expert and I had to have her for my wedding! I asked for a naked look carrot cake for my wedding cake and she did exactly that, she also then made 8 different flavors of cupcakes. They were a hit and my husband and I only had a handful of cupcakes left to take home by the end of the night. Not only did they all look amazing but they tasted exactly as described! If anyone needs a cake/cupcakes I 10/10 recommend going to Sugar Crystles!
