Consumer Beware. This hotel is not at all what is is represented to be online. When I booked this room I made it clear I would be going to the Sky Bridge and coming in after a very long drive. The website states they have restaurant on site. Upon arrival the hotel did not impress. At front desk I was greeted by a large container of ear plugs, apparently for the highway and train noises, and a receptionist who spoke in a near whisper. I expressed dissatisfaction and asked to not check in. At that time I was told I must check in but could turn around and check out right away which made no sense. I was told I could eat at the restaurant and use the facilities. Exhausted and hungry from a long travel day I checked in, went upstairs to drop my bag and came right down to eat at the restaurant. At the restaurant there were several employees running around and customers seated with no food in front of them. After about 10 minutes one of the employees came up and said they could not seat me as they were too busy. This is the only place to eat in the hotel and nearby area. Back to the front desk I went to let the receptionist know they would not serve me. She says they are not affiliated with the restaurant and I could drive into Kingman to eat and come back. That is an hour away. I again stated my dissatisfaction with the hotel and facilities and stated I wanted to leave and not be charged. At that point I was told that couldn't happen because I had used the room. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told no-one was there. I asked her to call someone which she finally did. The decision from supervisor was that I need to ask the Tribal Counsel for a refund as they would charge my card. I have never received this kind of hassle from any hotel. Save yourself the headache and stay in Kingman or Flagstaff. There is nothing close by anyway.

Great place to stay in between West and South Rim. Clean and quiet rooms. Generous food portions in the restaurant. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended if you plan to see different areas of Grand Canyon and the surrounding vicinity. Support Indigenous tribal businesses!

I stood here for two nights to ride the river rapids. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Love the food at the diamond Creek restaurant. The AC unit was the best out of the three hotels we stood at in Arizona. My girlfriend can't sleep in the heat and the AC kept the room cold.

What an awful place, gets the 1 star because there’s no 0 star option. The hot spa was only nice thing. Was met with a grumpy lady who’s first sentence was “if you destroy the room you will be sued”
Good was 1.5 hour wait for what can only be described at inedible kibble. Reason I was given for delay was “they couldn’t find my bread roll” only thing worse than the lacklustre service, attitude and wait was the taste. Was in the middle of a long part of our road trip and was assured it was near certain sights. They were only 200+ kms off. Thankfully the Grand Canyon was absolutely amazing as always so the trip wasn’t a total disaster.
Oh and the train flying through in the middle of the night lol nice little 3 am wake up.

The only lodge in peach springs, AZ and most affordable option if having a trip to GCW. The rooms are immaculately clean. From the moment I entered the lobby, I smell CLEAN which I really appreciated. They were very responsive while booking and abide by my request - road side far from train tracks , to which honestly did not bother me at all. The amenities are typical. The Diamond Creek restaurant is huge just took time for my fry bread to come BUT the staff were kind. The fitness center was good as well. I would definitely stay here rather in LV. Nothing much happening in town but I like it that way

The Hualapai Nation / Lodge, is Alcohol & Smoking Free. Upon checking into hotel, they said if you are caught drinking any alcohol, even in the privacy of your room, you would be fined $200+. They said the same thing about smoking. I don't smoke, but I was surprised that you can't drink in your own private room. They said you can't have alcohol for a 15 minutes drive in either direction. Also, Train was loud, and the native workers at the hotel were clearly not excited to help people in the lobby. It was not a place I would ever recommend anyone to visit. They also claim they are close to the grand canyon, but when you get there, they give you a map for 1.5 hour drive away to get to the grand canyon. Any hiking requires a permit way in advance. Total train wreck of a city and hotel.
