Our family has been coming here for over 12 years! Pack your swimsuit and sandals. Lynn has thought of everything else that you will need for a fantastic stay. We enjoy the sunsets right from the patio. Caypoint is an easy walk to homemade ice cream stand and a short drive to really great restaurants.

Found this quaint place right on the beach. Hosts were fabulous. Accommodations were great and amenities included beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Uncrowded beach even though public. Close to so many things either walking or driving. Fantastic gulf views... sunsets were amazing. Loved everything.

When we my husband and I got engaged we looked at Cay Point Villa first. And all other venues paled in comparison. The view of the beach is unobstructed, the colors of the Villa matched our wedding color, so it was a no brainer for us. The villas have that old Florida vibe that, as I child I knew and loved! But what made it even better was how sweet, thoughtful and accommodating the owner Lynn was. She is a wealth of knowledge and gave us so many suggestions and vendor contacts to make it a smooth process, especially when you aren't using a wedding planner. We rented out all 4 condos and we had the perfect day. Our wedding turned out even better than we could have ever hoped for. Thank you to Lynn, her husband Jim and the perfect backdrop for our wedding back on November 5, 2022🌅🥂🎊🍾❤️🥳🏖️. We are looking forward to going back for our anniversary this year 💯👍🏖️

Cay Pointe is perfectly placed right on the beach, beautiful beach views with all villa's and a deck. So cozy, beach bungalow aesthetic. Really just a short walk to dip your toes in the gulf shore. Had my wedding here! Lyn took excellent care of our booking; her warm spirit will make you feel welcome and in good hands. She is a blessing along with this property!

Cay Pointe Villa is really a hidden gem among the many vacation rental, motel, and hotel options in the area.

When I take a beach vacation, I want the place I'm staying to be On The Beach not Behind The Beach Dune. I understand the need for beach dunes to exist, but they always seem to slightly lessen the experience that I'm looking for when going to the beach. They're typically an eye sore when you're looking out from your porch/balcony over the ocean, and all of a sudden I feel miles from the ocean. I need to bring sandals and a whole assortment of things from the room to have with me to set up a spot on the beach. Why pay for an oceanfront rental if you're not on the oceanfront. There is no Beach Dune behind Cay Pointe Villa. I can walk barefoot from my refrigerator to the ocean with nothing but beach sand in between for a beautiful view wherever you go. Now that's what I call a vacation!

I've also heard that you can rent all 4 units and have your wedding right on the beach. If you rent both units on a single floor then there's an optional door you can use to join the two. Seems like a great place to have a small ceremony, reception, and honeymoon in one place! Maybe someday...

We held our wedding at Cay Pointe Villa on April 16th and everything was absolutely perfect! The villas provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding day and the perfect place for our bridal party to stay. The beach is fairly private and quiet which was perfect for our small wedding. The property is very well taken care of and the villas were so homey and clean. The decor is perfect for a beach house and the big sliding doors make for a beautiful view of the beach!

We held our ceremony on the beach in front of the property and the reception on the deck area which was the perfect amount of space for all of our tables and a small dance floor. We moved some tables after dinner to create a bigger dance floor and danced the night away under the stars and market lights we were able to hang from the balcony. We loved being able to wake up the next day at the venue where our wedding was held and share stories of our picture perfect day over breakfast.

The property managers (Carol and Bill) rake the beach every morning and make sure everything is looking perfect. Lynn was an absolute pleasure to work with and was such a huge help leading up to our big day! She was readily available to answer any questions we had and made sure that we didn't have any crashers on the big day!

I can’t say enough good things about Cay Pointe and our guests were all very pleased as well! We are already planning our next visit to this beautiful beachfront slice of heaven!

I had the best time, Lynn and Jim are so welcoming and courteous - it was spacous and clean, easy to find, all the comforts of home but on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in the area in my opinion and i just could not believe the views at sunset. It was really magical

From the personal greeting in the driveway, the welcome note on the door to all the thoughtful touches, Cay Pointe Villas is an outstanding place to visit! As the sign out front indicates, they are truly a Superior Small Lodging! ||I had a gulfview room on the second floor with an amazing balcony view of the beach and the gulf. All the amenities I could have wanted were provided with a booklet full of tips for the room and the area, plus ; fresh italian cookies, sunscreen, koozies, fresh ground coffee, make-up removing wipes, bottled water and so much more. ||The suite was beautifully decorated in a beach cottage theme that was carried through to every corner of the two bedroom villa. The guest book shared a history of all the wonderful experiences other guests have had there - a true compliment to a great place!
