Beautiful beach with wonderful sunsets, not too busy, close to restaurants and other activities. Unit 101 was perfect, ground level with front and side entries, (no need to go into the main building), convenient parking and full kitchen. We have vacationed here many times over the years and plan on returning again soon.

BEST beach rental!!! If you are looking for a great place to stay, I can tell you from personal experience that Fifty Gulfside is superior to all other rentals. Specifically, Unit 109. My husband and I stayed in Unit 109 in September and it was worth every penny. The kitchen was well-stocked, the unit was incredibly clean, and parking was directly in front of the unit. We could not have asked for any more. The corner unit was excellent because it gave us much easier access to everything and we could literally walk outside each morning to watch the sunrise or walk outside and watch the sunset. We saw dolphins during each sunset, and the beach is just steps away from the front door. I loved the decor and upgraded appliances Unit 109 provided. There is a big screen TV in every room, tons of board games, tinted windows, plenty of towels.... This vacation could not have been any better. We are grateful to the owners of Unit 109 for taking such incredible care of their house guests. We will for sure rent this unit again!

I was so satisfied with the condo unit the service at the front the women were so nice. I even booked another unit at the resort for next year. I will probably continue to go there every year for my birthday. I am also going to recommend this place to friends.

Great place. Right on the beach. Nice management. Especially great is the Van Gogh themed condo. It's overlooking a canal, has been really nicely remodeled, and has a new mattress and furniture.
The location is very nice. Good restaurants walking distance. May request a fishing rod from management. Highly recommended!

Our family stayed in unit 214 and it was beautiful! The view was amazing and we spent most of our time sitting on our balcony watching the waves. There are many restaurants in the area, a few within walking distance. The girls in the office were so amazing and helpful. We just got back 2 days ago and have already booked another trip to 50 Gulfside for next year!

The location of this condo is just perfect without a doubt! Bay in the front, ocean in the back, you can’t beat it. There’s a pool right next to ocean basically and a few gas grills provided that we all enjoyed using. There are a couple of restaurants and small stores you can walk to that are about half a mile away. There were a few things that I didn’t like or thought could’ve been better. The elevator was very jerky and seemed like it needed to be updated. One day of our stay we had no water due to a valve burst somewhere in our building. The entire building was out of water for a couple hours and no one working for the building bothered to tell any of the guests anything about it from what we heard from others. The last night we were there, our units air “froze up” and the front desk lady was rude with me because it was “kinda late to tell maintenance now.” It was 4:30 and we had been outside on the beach or gone so obviously we had no idea the air wasn’t working right. We had an AC guy show up near 9pm and said he couldn’t do anything til morning anyway because it was froze. (He was very nice, wasn’t his fault) In our opinion, the only reason I’d recommend someone to stay here is solely for beach location.

It's a really comfortable, at home kind of place - nothing pretentious or precious. The beach is gorgeous in front and not to busy. I've stayed in three different units and the quality of the finish and the amenities can vary widely - of note, front units (Gulf facing) can get pretty loud over the holidays when the pool fills up with kids.
