Been going here for a long time but this last visit was to have a package shipped via FedEx and this is actually I guess a tiny hub but they are for sure certified and the guy behind the counter made it super fast , quick and easy and also made sure to give me a receipt.

I would love to share the most amazing experience I've had with Home and Office Eccentials ... The minute you walk into the facility you can feel a warm invitation of welcomes and the sense of a home town southern feel from the hospitality from the staff and the owner... Everyone is eager to assist you and they have just about whatever you need and for some reason if they don't have the resources to assist you they are willing to point you to the right direction to complete your inquiry.... They also do shipping, printing, faxing, and more... I love that they love serving the Lake Placd community, which makes them the number one Home and office of Highlands County.... Come by and visit this amazing location and you'll come out smiling everytime... Kudos to the staff and the Owner for great customer service....

I Called for pricing before i came, they
provided me a price over the phone. They added charges not stated during call upon pickup. It's simply not professional to do this to customers.

Edit: your younger employee has quite the attitude, telling me to read the sign next time, even though i called ahead. This will NOT bring you more customers
