This is a wonderful facility. The staff are hard working and compassionate. My family member is receiving excellent care here. I was nervous because of some of the reviews here, but my fears were vanquished when I spent three days there recently witnessing the care being provided. The facility is clean and the food is nutritious. The aides and nurses are competent and responsible. I am more than satisfied with the care being provided; I am very grateful to these unsung heroes!

Do not allow any family member in this facility. It is dirty, has broken beds and broken chairs in rooms and ripped curtains in windows. Yelling by staff in the halls was observed as well as yelling at patients. No one seems to know what is going on when asking for help. This morning an aide was delivering meds to my Mother that were not her prescribed meds! A horror show!!

Actually they should have a zero star. This place is awful. The state should really shut them down!!! Their food was more than awful as I didn’t expect too much but it was worst than awful . Their call buttons are antiquated but really doesn’t make a difference cause they come in to see what you need an hour later. It is really bad when you cannot walk. I really felt sorry for these people that didn’t have anyone to help them. The one and only good dept was the rehab people. They were great. However I don’t think they are actually employed by Orchard Cove. Don’t go there if you can help it.

If there was an option for no stars, I would give this place a no star rating Horrible Place don’t put your family in here the doctor is horrible the facility is old and nasty they don’t come when the patient push the button until 2 hours later it’s crazy, I couldn’t even tell you how Amanda became a DR she let my family member die because she took him off hospice 4 months after he was put on because she said he was a miracle patient and he was better also said he no longer was a diabetic, but prior to coming here He was taking insulin twice a day even in the hospital so tell me how that works. Do your research before placing your family members in here!!!!

My mom came here in September 2021 due to a fall and hip surgery! Her therapy team was great they were always on time and had her walking with a walker for a bit but she had an ingrown nail and she was feeling pain! This is when many of the staff left and the few girls and guys that remained were being overworked and did their best to care for everyone! I have not had any major issues with my moms care!
Being short staffed since Covid they’ve done a fair job!! Their activities team make sure that they have something for everyone excellent team!!! The Doctor is there 3 days a week and works very long hours she is great!! Things are getting better by the day.

The staff and drs have no clue what they are doing. They took my family member off meds that _has been on for 30 years. The physicial therapist is saying he can help _ walk normal again when we’ve been to every dr and physical therapist under the sun: That part of _ brain was gone 30 years ago and it took _ a long time to accept that. Now he’s making _ go through it all over again. ITS NOT POSSIBLE. They don’t listen and they don’t care. The drs volunteer so you can guess then time and effort that’s put into the patients. I wouldn’t trust my bird under their care.

Did a Review. Was taken off. Don't go here people. You won't like at all. Brother died. 😢Was bleeding internally. Sent to Hospital & was sent back to nursing home. Some of the staff were abusive to him. Laughed at him. Took his stuff. Hated him being there. He didn't deserve it.
