While planning our Lake Placid wedding, we really wanted to incorporate our love for hiking and the area but logistically would not have been able to do an actual hike on our wedding day. We contacted Experience Outdoors/Scott’s Cobble who were more than happy to host us for our photos. They first invited us for a tour- we were blown away. It was the PERFECT outdoor setting for us and a wonderful compromise. The property offers wooded areas, summit-like views, and is completely accessible via their UTVs. On the day of, they booked their zip line tours around our appointment so we could have privacy and uninterrupted backdrops.
Claire drove us to all of the viewpoints and was so supportive and kind. It was the perfect off site location for us to have a few private moments away with our pups, plus the photos are stunning. So many of our favorite photos were the ones taken at Scotts Cobble. We can’t recommend these guys enough. From start to finish they were very easy to work with, communicative, and supportive. We hope to come back and actually zip line next time!

It was very fun and exciting and the people guiding us were friendly. And buying the tickets to enter was very easyI also loved the little black dog that was following us all the time. He is part of the staff 😁I will definitely be back.

My best friend Barbara & I did the zip lining here on Memorial weekend.
The experience was top notch from our arrival to completion of the trail.
Our guides were Voice & Boots. They were extremely professional & encouraged us the whole time.
The scenery was incredible & we got some amazing pictures.
The gift shop had lovely clothing. We both purchased! (We needed a momento of the experience).

We did the Net experience and it was fantastic! What a workout. We were exhausted after 20 minutes. Two levels of activity and tons of fun! It felt safe enough. If you need a break there is a little kid zone the kids can have a breathing break. Very friendly staff and very welcoming. If you are in the area and looking for a fun activity definitely check this place out! I highly recommend them!

I went here with my mother on a weekend vacation to the ADKs. This place was absolutely amazing. The guides were extremely informed on the topic of ziplining and very reassuring and patient with us. This was our first time ziplining. If you have never been ziplining before.... a warning is that you need to jump straight off of a couple of bases. This is the scariest part. However, this activity was very exhilirating!

Read that this place scores high in fun and a little fear. Our guide, Squid, brought cool and calm to our ropes course adventure. The course pushes you to a thrill! Dads, don’t get showed up by your kids:).

Went with my family of 4 .

12 yr son, 15yr daughter , me ( 51 yr) and wife ( younger than me by a little 🙂 I share this if your a little uneasy if you can do it. I saw varying ages and fitness levels, very minimal hiking required and just a small hike to the first platform. Minimal strength required as well, the brake in the line is easy to apply and the guides are with you on both platforms.

The staff was amazing, met a young lady when we first got there and she saw our Bills masks and immediately engaged with us. We had fun discussing her hometown near Buffalo, the Bills and Wegmans:) What she didn’t know was that my wife was very nervous and this helped put her mind at ease. Thank you!

There were other staff helping us to get our equipment on and they were also great. Personable and were very clear on what to do and making it comfortable. It was well organized.

Next was our guides... Turtle and Buck. These guys were great. Very thorough on the lines and had tons of knowledge about the area which was great. We felt very safe on the platforms and on the lines. The guides did a great job making sure everyone in our group was relaxed and knew what to expect. They also followed good COVID precautions for those that may be concerned with this. masks on platforms, plenty of hand sanitizer at base, etc...

I think It was turtles dog Jib that hung out with us up and down the mountain and that was cool as well.( not on the platforms...duh).

It took about 2 hrs total to do the 6 lines and the 2 other obstacles. Fun side by side ride up to top of mountain.

My entire family loved it. I think my daughter now wants to move, change her career path, and be a zip guide 🙂 she hasn’t stopped talking about it since we returned.

Don’t hesitate to book this, so much fun.

Killer experience! Went for bachelor party wuth 11 guys and we all had a blast! Did ziplinging and high ropes course and we jully enjoyed the entire day. Special shout out to Alaska, Boots, Squid, and Cheeky!
