First off Rosario has been so helpful with my whole process for my vacation. I am going on a cruise in December and she helped me find the best deals and included everything I wanted under budget. Carmen worked with me tirelessly to accommodate my plans for a trip to the U.K. Finding an airline,, and travel times for landing at Gatwick was a challenge. Carmen solved my biggest problem (getting to Newark Airport) by picking me up at my door and dropping me off on my return. What a lifesaver! She was on time and was a great driver. She also helped with making sure I had the correct Covid tests done for Both Lisbon (layover) and Britain.
