Exceptional Stay with Stunning Views and Comfort!

I had an incredible stay at this property! We came as a group of women, and the space accommodated all of us perfectly. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night’s rest. The home was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The host was extremely responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in, which made everything seamless. The location is ideal—quiet, yet close to local attractions. I can't recommend this place enough and will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Ric & Jen's penthouse experience in Old Town Scottsdale was amazing! We loved every minute staying in their space. We were so happy that we came across this listing because it hit all of our wants while on vacation for the first time in Scottsdale. Walkable to good restaurants, coffee, juices, stores, walking trails, bars and had lots of parking spaces for our rental car.
They were very responsive from the time of booking and made it very smooth when we checked in. The penthouse experience felt very private, including 2 front balconies, very comfortable yet luxurious and was fully equipped.
The first standouts of the space was personal penthouse elevator, helpful digital guestbook on the wall, cleanliness, lots of towels (including makeup towels), fully stocked kitchen (plates, glassware, utensils, seasoning, pots & pans) and the thoughtful luxury design elements.
We would love to stay here again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Ric & Jen.

Travli hosts amazing properties with amazing amenities! I had friends and family from across the US at the Fountain Hills Property and we all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and needed NOTHING! There’s a grocery store 5 minutes away and if you need to get your walk on the hills and sceneries are beautifully breathtaking. And the “Beach” is a genius idea and definitely gives you a feeling of being on the Beach! The temp of the pool was great for December and very accommodating for all to enjoy! Do yourself and your guests a Favor and allow Travli Hospitality Company to host you!

We stayed at one of their homes last week and it was fantastic, we absolutely will return to this house. The house was in perfect shape, 5-7 minutes away from Scottsdale Drive. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Ric & Jen were consistently checking in to see if we needed anything to make the stay better.

Our stay at the Doce Palmas Retreat was amazing and beautiful. It was the perfect size for 5 hard working women who just wanted a few days to escape and enjoy the sunshine. Everything was lovely and our hosts were very responsive to our questions. We didn’t take many pictures because we were too busy being present in the moment . This property seems to be a very popular and now we understand why. We hope to return soon.

The house and the location was perfect! The house was clean & stayed cool in the AZ temps during mid August. About a 5 minute drive to old town Scottsdale which was perfect, the Ubers were very cheap. I would definitely stay here again!
