I had some unique needs setting up a cruise for a 90-year-old vet and some of his family. Mark and his team went the extra mile finding affordable alternatives (and available cruises) for rooms that allow for both privacy and care as-needed.

After the cruise was booked, we hit a snag with the vet's birth certificate (he was born at home and had a "delayed" birth certificate--issued 14 years after birth). That type of birth certificate isn't accepted when applying for a U.S. passport. Although the trip booking was complete, Mark pitched in again and escalated a request through his cruise line contacts and set us up with an email documenting that the cruise line will allow the delayed birth certificate to be used.

He did all the research for me and my family as well as our extended family who were joining us. He was also very quick to answer questions, even on a weekend. We decided to take a last minute cruise for New Year's EVe, and K&E Travel was able to book a wonderful cruise on the Celebrity APEX. Mark was even able to get us the Aqua class that is usually sold out months in advance. The ship captain did everything right.
We arrived into ports when we were supposed to, saw a wonderful fireworks display that St. Marten had. Shows were terrific.

If you’re an anxious traveler K&E is for you. Hilde was in communication with me the whole time and I felt super confident in leaving everything in her capable hands and for once let someone else do the hard work of planning. Best decision I’ve made. Hilde booked me and my husband in a beautiful balcony room in the Celebrity Solstice and put our friends on the same floor on the other side of the ship. It wasn’t until we were on board it was the perfect plan to see the inside passage and all it’s beauty going in and coming back with balcony views on both sides of the journey.

There were no surprise charges at the end and when they say all included they mean it. She organized our entire vacation, our hotel in Vancouver and gave us timely instructions about Covid requirements and other such details.

I had a beautiful time and I will definitely call for Hilde again when I’m planning my next cruise.
