Thanks for everything, you're the best Tom! You know, I have planned many trips before on my own and I must say you are truly amazing. Tom planned our daily excursions throughout the entire island. Circle the island Tour was our favorite, we definitely look forward to going back next year. We had the opportunity to experience the Islands 13th Annual FestPAC in Honolulu!! Tom stayed in contact with us in Oahu, we had to cancel our transportation to the Polynesian Cultural Center last minute, because we ended up renting a car. Thankfully Tom was able to get a refund for us. We thank you very much for all your work and dedication to make our trip to Hawaii happen! I’ve already referred several friends & coworkers to Tom

We used Tom at Tropic Arrow Travel to plan a trip to Norway and Denmark and we couldn't be happier. He met with us and gathered information about what kinds of things we were interested in seeing, and then put together an amazing trip for us. He was patient and very accommodating with some last minute changes we made. Everything went smoothly with our hotels and activities. We had one issue with a transport not sending a big enough vehicle for us (they were told clearly that there would be 7 people plus luggage), but after emailing Tom, he had it fixed for the trip back to the airport. All in all, great experience!

We simply told him what we were interested in and he put together a few different options for us. He also had great suggestions that we didn’t even think of. Really happy with the work Tom did for us! He found us a great luxury resort in Cancun for a really affordable price! He hooked us up with to and from airport transportation and 2 really nice excursions.... one on a sunset sail on a catamaran, the other a full day excursion to Chichen Itza, to look at Mayan ruins. He made himself available if any little hitch came up, and checked in with us to make sure we were happy with everything during our trip.

Tom was a great help in planning our trip. He recommended a number of different options and shore excursions for us to choose from. Some were not offered directly by the cruise line, but they were all very good and easy to connect with on shore. He recommended Holland America; they were a good line because the ship went into Glacier Bay National Park and the park rangers came on board for lectures. Holland America was good in all respects; we had a great time on the ship itself.
Two weeks before our trip, Tom sent us a check list of about 20 items that we should consider or take care of before we left; it was very helpful. All the reservations we made through him were in place in Alaska when we arrived; we had no issues or problems.
