They have responded to every one of my phone calls and have always acknowledged my purchase in full of the vacation. There are so many scammers out there trying to tell people they didn't finish paying off their vacation. One of those goes by TS Travel and they call repeatedly. Please don't confuse the two of them, they are separate companies. once you purchase a vacation from Travel Services Group they will give you a PIN number. If anyone calls you after that claiming to be the company you purchased your vacation from ask them what your PIN number is.

I never purchased a vacation with them and they keep calling me 8+ times on auto dialer everyday. This last girl I spoke with got an attitude with me when I told them to stop calling me because they were interrupting my work day. “Well when you’re ready to use the vacation time you’ve already paid for then you can call us back.” How do I get them to stop calling me?!
