We have been tenants of Emerge LW since they opened. The building is beautiful. It has state of the art features in a historic building. The services they provide have helped our small profit tremendously since we are often traveling. The reception area is professional and the management are the best. I highly recommend Emerge LW for those seeking office space or virtual office services.

I have a small business and use Emerge LW for my PO Box address. The staff is very friendly and the office is always clean. Also, I like the fact that I can rent out the boardroom if I ever needed to host a small business meeting with my current and prospective clients. The location is great for me as they are right in my neighborhood. Wonderful customer service and they are extremely helpful and communicative. Would highly recommend Emerge LW!!

If you are looking for an amazing office space in the area this is it!
Great office space in a great location- renovated building is a gem, with all office amenities, clean, spotless and a great neighborhood feeling!
Walking distance to all nice eateries in Lake Worth!
But what stands out is the people that own and run the operation - fantastic!
Have been there 4-5 months - always accomodating for every request, absolutely professional, friendly - cant say enough/ Danielle is the best! Owners are great!

I absolutely love having an office space here! Each morning I receive the warmest "good mornings" from Danielle, followed with small talk and laughs. The space is so bright and airy, and overall inviting. It's very peaceful, and I have yet to be interrupted by loud noise or any type of distraction. Ray and Richard are awesome, and when on site, I am greeted the same! We have this killer kitchen area that borders the conference room, and it is very chic. I love this place, and can't say it enough. BONUS!! Ray brings donuts every now and then for the tenants! As if they don't do enough already!! Signed, a very pleased tenant 🙂

If you’re looking for an upscale office space to lease, trust me this is the place for you!

The building is located in downtown Lake Worth within the historic area, it was originally a hotel in the 1920’s. I had the opportunity to tour the property with the owner and learn what makes this place so special. The first thing I noticed was the layout and its uncluttered chic design. Next, the attention to detail: shape and texture of the tiled floors, color and finish of paint work, modern fixtures, and subtle antique elements. It also has the perfect blend of natural light, I did not feel like I was trapped in the typical sterile office, it was actually very comfortable with a mellow atmosphere, -a great place to collaborate with colleagues or meet with clients. During the tour I learned that great emphasis was placed on a high-quality concept and no doubt when the construction began a pursuit for excellence remained consistent and a well-planned work of art emerged. This is one of the nicest buildings I’ve seen in South Florida!

The building renovation is absolutely stunning, and the offices are bright and modern. There is a beautifully updated and collaborative break room area with a modern and sleekly designed conference room. You can't been the location either! Right in the heart of downtown Lake Worth. You can walk right out of your office door and grab a bite or a drink at the many great local bars and restaurants Lake Worth has to offer. I love it!
