Andrea and her team were extraordinary. Initially when we met with Andrea we got a sense that she was organized, kind and overall a good person. I learned quickly that this is the type of person you want as your wedding planner. Andrea approached every situation with grace, professionalism and enthusiasm. Andrea kept note of important details leading up to our special day whether it was the color of the flowers we wanted, or making sure the venue had accommodations for my grandpa to get around easily since he uses a walker. You can tell Andrea is passionate about what she does because she was truly invested in every detail. She made all of our visions come to life while working within a budget. She even attended my final alterations appointment with me which was so special since my parents live out of town. It was so nice to have her there as a second opinion and to feel more comfortable with the bustle. That’s just one example of how she truly cares so much. On our wedding day I had no reservations because I knew Andrea had it handled. She made sure we enjoyed every moment and her team was so helpful. Angelica, especially, was so helpful with keeping us on schedule, tracking our photography notes or just being a calming presence. Everything about Andrea and her team are incredible and I’m bummed I won’t be working with them again; they truly became our good friends by the end of the process. If you’re considering working with the ALWE team, don’t hesitate, they’re wonderful! Thank you for everything!

Andrea Leslie's team made sure our wedding went off without a hitch. We specifically worked with Noelle, who was such a bright light. Not only did we love working with Noelle, countless members of our bridal party, family, and guests commented how organized, sweet, and caring our planner was. We really couldn't have gotten through the day without her and truly thank her for everything.

Truly we had the most amazing wedding and there wasn't a single thing that went wrong. Could not have asked for a better team.

Andrea was an absolute dream to work with and the reason why my wedding was so beautiful and a blast! I never made pinterest boards or really dreamed about my future wedding, so I had absolutely no idea where to start. Thank goodness Andrea was recommended to me and that my first wedding related decision was the best one I made.

Andrea was so supportive, hardworking and extremely organized. Every meeting with vendors was efficient and I felt so confident in my decisions because of Andrea. My mom lives in a different state than me, and I felt like Andrea was my guiding "big sister" that just made me feel so sure about every decision that I made during the whole wedding planning process. I wasn't stressed and just felt like I could really enjoy being engaged, because my wedding planning was moving along, and I understood what was happening every step of the way.

Andrea was great during the wedding planning process, but she was perfection the day of my wedding. Andrea was right there doing all the things that I didn't even know needed to be done. Andrea and the amazing women on her team, were so helpful and lovely, and I honestly can't thank them enough for it. I stepped in mud while taking photos after my ceremony and Andrea was right there with wipes taking the brown stain out lol! I didn't even know it happened! Andrea was just in her element and really made my wedding so flawless. So many of my friends asked for Andrea's contact info after the wedding just because they saw her in action and were so impressed.

She puts in the time and effort to get to know you as a couple and your wants for your big day. Every selection, vendor and suggestion reflected this and made the process of planning our wedding so effortless. Also, her team is on it! Our wedding day was stress free, all we had to worry about was smiling, making it down the aisle and having fun with our family and friends. Choosing ALWE as our planners was truly one of the best things my husband and I did for our wedding. We chose the "Month Of" coordination package, and we had the absolute pleasure of working with Katie Milstone - she is caring, organized, professional, she happily answered all of my questions, and I was able to relax leading up to our wedding/on wedding day knowing that everything was in good hands. Having access to Katie throughout the whole wedding planning process was priceless (and something that you don't always get with other "Month Of" packages).
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect! The timeline Katie put together was great, and we were early or right on time for each part of the timeline on the day of. Because of that, there were a few pockets of downtime that we appreciated so much. We were not expecting any downtime, so that was a pleasant surprise, and those moments are some of our favorites since they helped us really soak in the day. Not only do we love Katie/ALWE, but so did all of our other vendors, families, and friends. Thank you to Katie and the ALWE team for all of your hard work! We love y'all!!

Where do we even begin with Andrea? We have been planning with her for roughly 20 months. We found her through instagram and I am so glad we chose her and her team. From the beginning stages of securing her to even after our wedding everything was outstanding. Andrea was so patient, detailed, attentive, and understanding in every aspect. She is truly the reason our day was what it was. We have built a special connection with her while planning and because of that I knew I trusted her with all the details of my wedding. She made us feel comfortable, confident, and excited for our day and most importantly stress free. Her team that specifically helped us on our wedding day was Mary and Maria and base on how Andrea was, those 2 girls did not disappoint. They were a huge part of our day as well! The ALWE team is just as thought out as every wedding they touch. Andrea has a way of understanding what you need in a matter of seconds to perfectly pair you with the planner that just works. Laina was amazing to work with as our planner. She is the definition of cool, calm, and collected but with a fun side! Laina is a firm believer that you can have anything you want on you wedding day and believe me she will make it happen! This team is very well versed in the wedding industry and have connections that you never knew even existed. They treat every wedding, big or small, as if it were their own investment to more than exceed expectations.

We absolutely loved working with Noelle as our planner, and the whole team at ALWE for our wedding! Looking back, we have said so many times that we could not imagine the day without Noelle, Kaylee, and Samantha. Booking with ALWE was worth every penny and more! I am a planning type myself and sometime struggle with delegating, but Noelle made it so easy and took so many things off my plate to make the planning process easier. She was always available for a quick call or email. She provided tons of vendor recommendations and helped us find some cost-saving options regarding the wedding day design. The wedding weekend is where the ALWE and Noelle specifically truly shined and blew me away with their execution! Starting with the rehearsal, which was so efficient and organized. In particular, one of my bridesmaids who has worked in event planning previously even commented that she has never seen a more well executed rehearsal than ours thanks to Noelle. On our wedding day, Noelle made sure all the set up at the venue flowed seamlessly while we got ready. This was such a relief and allowed me, my husband, and our families to truly enjoy the day without any stress. One of the best parts was that my husband and I each had an ALWE team member assigned to us so that if we needed anything throughout the day someone on the team was always within earshot to help. I truly felt like we got the royal treatment and got to be the guests of honor and enjoy our day without the stress and hassle that goes with hosting. This would not have been possible without Kaylee, Samantha and most importantly, Noelle. I cannot recommend Noelle and ALWE enough and am so appreciative of all they did to make our wedding dreams a reality!
