Very unprofessional! My passport was ready to pick it up and nobody gave me a call to let me know, I just have find out by myself because I called them. They need to improve their workers and services. Definitely not recommend!

Es jueves y son las 4 de la tarde y en sus horarios dicen que trabajan hasta las 6pm de lunes a viernes y nadie responde ,incluso llamé y nada. Anteriormente fuimos por un servicio que incluía el pasaporte ,pues nos dicen que nos llamarían pero paso el tiempo y nada hasta que un día fui y ahí estaba mi pasaporte escuchando la conversación desde hace mucho posiblemente, no llaman, se toman su descanso cuando les da la gana, y esto solo es una suposición pero hay veces que me da por pensar que suben el precio de los servicios a su conveniencia. Lucen buenas personas pero poco profesionalismo .
