We were so disappointed.

We traveled on Icon of the Seas and purchased the St.Kitts snorkeling trip for 5 adults and 3 kids. When we arrived at the port, the person responsible told us the boat engine was broken and the trip was canceled. There was no other tour or suggestion given. We were stranded at the port with nothing to do with the kids.

We wrote to shore excursions and called their hotline, there was no reply for 2 days now, and we are still waiting for our USD 480 refund.

My wife and I just finished a tour with Shore Excursions in Kusadasi, Turkey. The tour included biblical Ephesus. Our tour guide, Ekin, was fantastic. His knowledge of the subject matter was impeccable. Next, our tour of the Turkish rug making process was extremely informative and interesting. The lunch that followed showcased local produce and dishes. It was not only tasty, but satisfying! I just wanted to thank Ekin and our driver for the wonderful and heart warming experience!!
