Ha sido terrible me siento estafada, compramos dos boletos de avión a $3000 dólares cada uno ósea $6000 total para que mi esposo fuera a recoger a su Niño menor de edad a cuba y llevarlo a Guyana a la entrevista, pero desgraciadamente nos cancelaron la cita , fuimos a la agencia y les enseñamos el correo nos dijeron que ni era reembolsable ni tan siquiera en crédito , hasta las aerolíneas donde uno se gasta $300 dólares permiten que mantengas ese dinero aunque sea en crédito pero ni eso. Nos enviaron otro correo para hacer una nueva cita y la tuvimos que sacar para el próximo mes, fuimos allí para ver en qué nos podían ayudar , no nos dieron una respuesta nos mandaron a casa y que nos llamaban, esperamos y al final la respuesta fue simple no podemos hacer nada tan simple como que perdimos el dinero. Ahora nos ofertaban un nuevo ticket en 2500 dólares por cada uno pero encima de eso para el día que necesitábamos solo quedaban disponibles asientos de primera clase ósea salían aún más caros. Así que yo no le aconsejo a nadie que intente nada con esta gente porque si por desgracia del destino les pasa lo mismo ( que le puede pasar a cualquiera ) ya saben que no tendrán apoyo para nada de la aerolínea. Pues así que se pueden anotar una menos ni para llamadas ni para recargas ni para nada de mi bolsillo no sacan un centavo más.
