We booked a 17 day "once in a life time trip" to Egypt w/ a side trip to Germany in 2020 w/ agent Carol Eggelson, paid in full ($12.000) w/ this company, to include flights w/ Lufthansa Air, Insight Vacations, Allianz (cancel for any reason) insurance, starting 3.7.20 to 3.24.20. she obviously doesn't know what she is selling, b/c they will not cover any of the extra costs for:
#1. a 14 hour delay @ the closed Cairo airport, instead of taking us to a hotel,
#2. 6 days lost of our trip, (didn't even get to see the Pyramids),
#3. extra flights home @ $3000.00 w/ numerous airline companies which took 48 hours.
#4. lost luggage w/ clothes & cash inside $245 Euros. Carol said she contacted the companies involved & now it is out of her hands & refuses to help us get refunds.
Lufthansa refuses to refund our lost flights from Cairo to Germany to Tampa even though Carol stated they would refund our money when she talked with them as soon as we returned.
Insight Vacations refuses to refund 6 days of lost trip.
Allianz Insurance refuses to refund any of the extra costs involved w/ the whole trip that Carol sold us the policy for. " even a (bad hair day)" really Carol ?
