It was terrible. After paying 135 dollars for a one night stay, on October 24-25 2024 we had no hot water for a bath and showers. We left at 4AM. I spoke with the person at the desk that morning and complained about the water situation and asked for at least a $50 credit to make up for the discomfort of cold showers.
He told me there was hot water… so basically calling me out as a liar? Seriously? Why would I be upset, if I had a hot shower at 3AM?
I was told I would receive a credit and to wait a few days. I waited and no such credit showed up. Therefore, I am offering a bad review and encouraging people to stay elsewhere.

Positive: The rooms are super clean, pleasantly surprised us. Beds are comfortable. Room is spacious. Staff are nice. Rooms were relatively quiet. Granted you're next to the highway and will hear vehicles pass by but it'll become white noise after a while. Negative: Nothing.

The room is clean through and through and amenable as i expect of Super 8 franchisees.

Mr. Amrit was quite a good example of hospitable host and good customer service talent.

I had to give a late notice to him i needed a room, and fortunate i did so before the busy season!

Its very good facility in Quartzsite Super 8 always deliver great customers service.every year I come to Quartzsite and i choose only this hotel. An Indian guy works at this hotel, When we enter the hotel he met as if he knew us from before and we were checking in we were felt very comfortable with him,he deserves bright future

We showed up got our room and proceeded down the super hot hallway to our room the AC was off the room was 97 degrees I turned the AC on and was going to take a shower to cool down. No cold water either. We waited about two hours went a got food when we returned the room was still over 90 degrees, I asked the front desk if we could get a different room and he stated they were all the same. I told him we would be leaving then and before I could ask for a refund he stated its your choice to leave we will not give you a refund. So two hours of a hot room cost me a $130 bucks We drove to Tuscon and got a beautiful room at the Marriot for less money and great service.

Amrit was very help, very friendly. Rooms were great, clean and also cleaned everyday although a little glitch in the system with money but he made sure we got our money back working nonstop to help us!!! Would highly recommend this hotel!!!
