Amazing as always. Third year we have used them. Great communication, set up is a breeze and they are prompt. No worries about getting there on time. Placed my order on 8/1 and had my party on 8/17. There was no issues and communication was truly great. The two men that came and set up a day before on 8/16 and finished in maybe 20 minutes and were super kind in showing us how to properly turn it off and on and how to connect the hoses. (You also have an option to place a deposit and pay in full on day of delivery .) and for 10% additional you can do a damage coverage option. 10/10 would recommend and would use again .

We rented the 70 ft obstacle course for my daughter’s 10th birthday and everything was phenomenal. Jump got delivered a day early which allowed us to get more jump time with it. Will absolutely be renting again!

Everything about our experience with Ubounce was perfect in every way! The tent was awesome and perfect for our event. Kudos to the two guys who put it up! They were friendly and arrived prior to our event to put it up. We also rented a bouncy castle and it arrived on time and was perfect for our event. I highly recommend doing business with Ubounce. They have a wide variety to choose from we rented an obstacle course with water slide for my son's 5th birthday. The kids loved it!! It was delivered Friday afternoon they were very professional and courteous. I was about to get my son from school so I showed them where to set up and they waited for me to come back to make sure I was satisfied. I have had a great experience and recommend them.
