I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience getting married at HollyOaks on the Marsh on Nov 2nd, 2024 - it was the most amazing day and the perfect venue for us. The owners of the property, Stephanie and Jay, put so much care into each event and by the end they truly feel like family. They have very high standards for the vendors they partner with because they want the very best for their couples/clients and we appreciated that. Their home and property feels like a magical, serene, private oasis and this only adds to the magic of having all of your loved ones in one place to celebrate your love. If you are thinking about HollyOaks on the Marsh, I highly recommend scheduling a meeting with Stephanie to learn more and going for a tour. The atmosphere that you get there and the level of support from Stephanie is incomparable to any other venue we toured around Savannah.

We've had the pleasure of having a professional relationship with HollyOaks on the Marsh for the past few years, but finally got to see it from the other side as we chose to have our wedding there! Stephanie was so easy to work with, answered any questions I had, was responsive via email quickly, and helped to give vendor suggestions for the few we did not already have. Day of, everything went smoothly: me and my bridesmaids were able to get our hair & makeup done in the bridal suite,l while the groomsmen enjoyed a bourbon tasting downstairs, out of view. Everything was beautiful and the property provides that quintessential lowcountry backdrop for photos. I couldn't be happier with our choice of venue!

The most magical venue with the sweetest owners!

After a very long road due to covid, switching states and wedding venues, we were so happy to have found HollyOaks for our 11/13/21 wedding. The moment we drove on to the estate, we knew we had found our dream venue. There is an amazing aura about HollyOaks. A peacefulness. A magical vibe. It is like a scene out of a fairytale. Absolutely stunning!

Stephanie is sweet, caring and an all-around wonderful person. She is what customer service should be. She sprinkled in so many personal touches along the way, always anticipated our needs and made us feel like family which made the entire journey that much more special!

HollyOaks will always have a special place in our hearts, and we plan to visit every year on our anniversary.

If you're looking for a magical venue with history and class, you'll find it in HollyOaks! After researching almost every possible wedding venue in Savannah (I'm a local but I've since moved away) I am so glad that I found my way here! The house has SO much character and really helped set the mood for the day. There was enough space for my guests to roam a bit - they all loved the view of the marsh. It was so nice to be able to rent the cottage out so my out-of-town bridal party didn't have to stress about transport.
They've got a fantastic view of the marsh, and SO MUCH greenery (oh my goodness those oak trees are magical!) As a wedding photographer myself, I knew I wanted my wedding venue to have lots of options for photos. The cottage, the mansion, the gardens, and the marsh all have stunning views and make perfect backdrops to engage with for photos. We were able to set up some tents in the back to protect us from the summer sun (and rain), and the space was perfect! I'll post a few photos below, but I'd recommend checking out their social media pages for a ton more photos from a variety of events.

Magical! After seeing several well-known venues throughout downtown Savannah, HollyOaks on the Marsh was no question! My husband and I got married in Savannah in April 2022 after 2.5 years of planning from our home in NYC in the midst of COVID. We had to cancel our first trip to visit venues due to COVID but the venue owner, Stephanie Maupin, jumped on a video call with us to walk us around the property. Additionally, we visited later to get a better sense of the estate. First off, the 400 year-old oak trees made my husband and I fall in love, along with the view of the marsh! The house in absolutely beautiful, extremely fun and cute cottage on the property and - my favorite part - a horse the family owns! Moreover, the Bespoke wedding package includes a lot more event time, venue access, etc. than most venues. Stephanie stayed in close contact with us throughout the process and offered advice/recommendations on multiple occasions! My bridesmaids and I stayed the night in the cottage the night before (including in the package) and the venue included a bridal suite as well as room/patio for groomsmen to get ready. The venue owner has a few requirements to protect the property and ensure a smooth event, but she is extremely flexible!!! Stephanie went above and beyond to make the day as beautiful, relaxing and memorable as possible. She was extremely helpful in connecting the dots with my coordinator as well! When one of my husband’s family had a seizure during cocktail hour, Stephanie not only helped us get the paramedic to the estate but also helped me relax with her and her pet dog, and worked with my coordinator to make sure the rest of the event went smoothly and that we were able to still do everything we had originally planned! Moreover when there was a miscommunication with my family who was to pick up our stuff the next morning, she was helpful in finding a solution and even helping us collect everything! Although it was slightly more expensive than other venues, my husband and I couldn’t be happier with our choice to have our wedding at HollOaks on the Marsh! It was truly an amazing experience at the estate and it was such a pleasure to work with Stephanie!

I have attended several weddings here and each one has been a unique and beautiful experience! The Owners were very professional and so very sweet. They have a way of making everyone feel like a part of their family. The property is unlike anything you’ve every seen, and one of a kind. From the massive Oaks to the water front view. It is truly a hidden gem and I would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to have an outdoor wedding. An experience like no other!
