Ladies at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately my work van broke down and I had to wait 6 days for my van part due to the Florida hurricane and storms. The first two hotels couldn’t compare to the clean and safe environment of Woodspring. Stores and restaurants were nearby which was convenient with not having a vehicle. Once again thanks to all the staff for making us feel at home. Definitely will come back hopefully next time under better circumstances.

I’m very picky about where I stay but my fiancé company booked us to stay here and I must say I was very pleased with my stay. The place is well kept. My room was very clean and I checked everything especially the mattress ! The front desk Mrs. Bobbie and Mr.Robert and the housekeepers are very friendly. You have a great staff and hopefully you show them appreciation for their hard work. Will definitely recommend

So this is my first visit to this hotel. It is very basic and is not recommended for an overnight stay. Here are some points. (1) Very basic room, it does have a full sized fridge, a two burner electric surface range, a microwave an a small stainless bar sink. (2) Decent TV and free wifi internet running at 75 mbs. (3) Decent laundry and gym. Now for some not so good things. (1) Kitchen has no pots/pans, no plates, bowls, cups or silverware. (2) No extra blankets or pillows. (3) No closet an limited storage space but does have some shelves an hanging space. (4) No hot water, luke warm at best and shower head fixed and not adjustable. (5) Pillows about as thick as a piece of cardboard and one per person. (6) Walls are made of recycled tissue paper and are not even slightly noise resistant. (7) Doors slamming all night long till 4:30 am. Additional details: On this visit the first room they gave us had no working heat or ac, but had an ironing board, just no iron. The second room they gave us had no tv remote, but we found the missing iron, of course this room had no ironing board... Overall if you need a cheap place to sleep for a night don't do it here.

Awful! DO NOT STAY HERE! We have been here for 2 weeks and they haven’t cleaned our room, not once. We’ve requested it be cleaned numerous times and have been told it would be and it didn’t happen. Then they stated, “we clean rooms every other week.” GROSS! They make you empty your own trash and bring it to the dumpsters out back. When asked for them to come mop our room after our little baby spilled some juice they brought me a mop and watched me do it myself and waited for the mop to bring it back with them. DONT STAY HERE.

This is an amazing place to stay!! From the time we walked through the front door we were well cared for. The entire staff was incredible. On the day that we arrived, the District Manager was there. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met. The room was clean and amazing. We will definitely be staying here when we return to this location.

The staff was very rude. I stood here for work with my company until I found a apartment and the service was terrible. You had to take your own trash out clean your own room. They charged for toilet paper and extra towels. They even get upset when you ask for items. They attitude that the main managers had her name is Shelia was such a rude person. I walked in and always was nice and tried to be understanding when they were short staffed but the was she talks to people is so disheartening. Stay here at your own risk. The hotel can improve so much if the customer service was better.
