Designs By Jeana Rutledge was our choice for wedding planner. She supported our vision every step of the way. We had a
VERY challenging wedding day and reception due to the weather. Our reception was at Village Creek Landing on SSI, December 14, 2024. We had 15-20 knot winds with a little rain sprinkled in. Jeana and her team completely turned the reception around. They moved the band, the bar and the food stations to accommodate the guests and wedding party. As the Mother of the Bride, and host of the event, I was unaware of all that was involved to make the transformation happen. All I know is that EVERYONE had a fantastic time, with great food and drink, music, dancing and fellowship! The exit from the venue, including all breakdown of tables, chairs, food, bar, etc. was directed and completed by Jeana and her team. My sincere thanks to her for making our daughter's wedding day memorable, seamless and a blast!!

Jeana is a genius when it comes to wedding designing and coordinating. She made my bouquet, my toss bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, and all family and groomsmen boutonnieres. Jeana decorated my entire wedding, and, not to mention, she handled finding my catering, cake, music, photographer, videographer, bartenders, and more. She was on top of things and was very quick with her responses. She was so organized on the day of the wedding that I never once stressed, and everything ran according to plan. She makes the wedding planning process seem like a breeze and decorates beautifully. She was not just my coordinator, she planned my entire wedding, booked my vendors, decorated, and did everything in between so I did not have to participate much in the planning process besides making the final decisions on booking and designs. Jeana is awesome! She successfully executed a 60ty birthday party event for us on St. Simons Island. We had close to 100 guests. Jeana prepared the perfect environment with beautiful decorations that supported our event theme. The decor was better than I even expected. Apart from the Décor, she even assisted as a coordinator during the event to ensure we stayed stress-free and enjoyed the event. Jeana truly took the time to understand our needs and altered her services accordingly. Jeana is reliable, very organized, creative, and kind hearted. Many of our guests commented on how amazing the décor and party was, I couldn’t have had such wonderful event without Jeana. She is an absolute joy to work with – I would highly recommend her!
