I recently stayed at a property through Hodnett Cooper for the GA-FL game weekend (Wednesday-Sunday) and was completely thrilled with the vacation home and the staff there. The staff was welcoming when arriving for check-in and the communication throughout the process was superb. They always made sure you had all the information you needed prior to arriving and even checked in via email during the stay. I would definitely rent through them again. Great customer service and so nice.

We rented a condo at St Simon Grand #305. The condo was very pretty, immaculately clean and well equipped. The balcony was so spacious allowing wheelchair access with a beautiful view of the grounds and the ocean. The grounds were well kept and very nice. The heated outdoor pool was a bonus, access to the beach was easy, and felt very safe on St Simon. The check in and out and all communications were timely and very easy. Would highly recommend this property.

During the summer, we spent five weeks on St Simons in a condo they managed. My agent was Lori, and she offered exceptional southern hospitality mixed with first class service. She is a treasure as an agent for this company. Will rent from them again because of her level of service!

760 Ocean Blvd. # 101. We do not recommend staying at this property. Property owner spied on us and sent someone up to our unit under false pretenses over a chair on the balcony that was moved out of place. Property management looked after her interests and not us as the guests. Property owner wants your money, but not you in her rental.

Would not recommend using this company to manage your rental. On our last day we were out golfing and came back to pack up and leave and 90% of the items we had in the refrigerator and planned to bring home were gone. Of course the company denied anyone being in the unit. We had a suitcase just beside the kitchen that was also unzipped. The door was locked when we left. They were not sorry or willing to do anything to make the situation right. The owner of the unit is already seeking another rental company that is good and trustworthy, Hodnett Cooper is neither of those!

I have been very happy with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals and how they have managed my property. They keep me informed of any maintenance needed at the property, they fix things promptly, and really it has saved me so much time and stress. Having Hodnett Cooper manage my property has freed up my time to do more things I enjoy without having to worry about my property or rentals. Excellent job attracting bookings and providing a quality experience to guests.
Initially my property could use some updating and they worked with me throughout the updates and my rentals increased significantly within the first year. In particular, Holly Brockington always goes above and beyond in assisting me with anything needed. Excellent revenue management. I’ve had my condo for 20 years and never plan to sell as it cash flows very positively and is a great addition to my yearly revenue.

We have owned our Coast Cottage for 12 years. In 2019, our current property manager was departing the
vacation rental business to focus on other ventures. We researched other companies, both local and larger

assist with resolutions. Hodnett Cooper is attentive to the needs of the home, guest and owner, and facilitate the
maintenance of the property as if we were there. We were initially reluctant to follow their, what seemed to be
aggressive, pricing strategies- but as we have allowed them leeway, our income has increased. We would not
