In the three weeks that my mother-in-law has been Admitted into this She has experienced multiple injuries due to a lack of assistance, caught Covid without the being notified, and has had to be taken to the hospital twice. I do not recommend this place for your loved one, especially if they are elderly and cannot advocate for themselves.

I do not recommend this place for your loved one. My mother was here for 3 weeks. During this time she continued to fall in her room due to lack of assistance with her mobility. She also caught COVID and our family was not notified. When we came in to check on her she was barely breathing hanging off the bed and we had to call 911 ourselves. She has fell multiple times and endured head trauma and they did nothing about it. When we would go see her they would let us know and we had to have them call the ambulance to have her checked out at the hospital from enduring severe head traumas she had huge knots on the back of her head and could not remember our names. But it don't take a genius to know when an elderly person suffers from a head trauma to take them to the emergency room and make sure there's no severe bleeding but this place does not care. If it hadn't been for her door being open they would have never known how long she had been laying in the floor hollering for help. They let her catch COVID and did nothing to help her knowing that she already had breathing problems and was supposed to have been on oxygen. My sister had to go down and call the ambulance for them to take her to the hospital because she was barely breathing. These people do nothing to help your loved one they are just there and that's it. My mother has suffered injuries on their property from their neglect. I will be seeking legal recourse over elderly neglect. I also know that this place is administered by the Gordon County chamber of commerce and that they will be notified.

My grandmother was here for two weeks with only 3 baths. No one has any clue what’s going on and staff is inconsistent, and fails to give the right information to the family. They failed to administer proper medication to my grandmother on the first night. My grandmother would have to push the button to use the bathroom multiple times to get staff to help her use the restroom.. if they showed up at all. She would have to get herself up to go use the restroom and eventually they put up a sign saying to ring the bell even though she would and they would not show up. The first day I went to visit I had to get another visitor to let me in because no one would come to the door even though I rang multiple times.

My Mother was here for a very short time. I finally got her moved from the one across the highway. I was very pleased with the whole facility and I visited daily and different times. Very clean. I have no complaints! Now the other place, Calhoun health center should be closed and should have been closed for a long time. My mom was there for 11 months and I would think the dog pound would be a better place than them” Calhoun health “ Gordon was awesome for my mother. And the hospice doctor is the best doctor in the world “ my opinion “

Gordon Health provides the best health solutions to spinal disfunction and pain. After one visit, I can already feel the difference!
With the use of advance techniques the results are very impressive.
Located in the Quantum Town Center on the east side of the plaza just west of 95.

I would not recommend to bring your loved ones here . Every time we push the button it takes 30 minutes to an hour for a nurse to come in because of the short staff. Twice they came in to give insulin and signed off on it and did not give the shot we told the other nurse they didn’t give it they called that nurse at home and she said she forgot .what kind of nursing school do they go to ..

This nursing home is very inconsistent, and the staff is so unlearned. They absolutely need to be reviewed from the state or whatever appropriate protocol is. Please do not send your loved ones here. From the nursing staff, all the way to the front desk administration, they definitely need some guidance.

While visiting my family, my first impression was that the home is clean and has a family feel to the air. The furniture is older but their features are accommodate the needs of the residents.
