Big ole shout out to Tyler. Phoned him d/t our RV furnace not working. He was on site in approximately 1 hour. We are very greatful for his prompt response and professionalism. Tyler is the caliber of service which this nation needs. Spoke politely and explained each step of the repair. I would not hesitate to call on him in the future. Prompt response and arrival to help us with an electrical issue in our camper. Was up front about costs, and even helped troubleshoot the issue over the phone before we set up the appointment. Good at explaining what he's doing and what to try next. We will definitely call on him again if we have and future issues.

Fantastic and fast work putting my new awning fabric on but he left a corner not in the track and said he would come back out which he never did and also didn’t pot the pull rope back on and he has been impossible to reach or get a return phone call.

Started off great. Called and made an appointment. Day of appointment Tyler cancelled the appointment because he had a flat tire. I understood. Things happen. He said he would reach out soon to reschedule. Never heard from him. I called again to try to reschedule and was told they had gotten a new scheduling system and he couldn’t reschedule yet but he would call when he could. Never heard back. Texted him. Nothing returned so, seems he has enough business to ignore new business or, he has had an event preventing him from reliable follow through. I hope he is ok. I’m moving on.

We where stuck at the KOA was supposed to be a weekend stay ended up rolling in to Monday called a few places but the owner of Boswell's showed up about a hour later knew exactly what he was talking about about and had us fixed and back on the road great guy and if we ever need work done again no questions asked he will be our first call
