Lauren helped me book exactly what I wanted my vacation to be like. She listened and really heard what I wanted. End result was beyond my expectations. She always got back to me when I had a question, showed comparisons and never once made me feel overwhelmed. We did most of this via email!!! It was so simple and never time consuming. When she wasn’t avail the person I spoke with new me and about my planned trip….never any confusion, or on hold for a long time. Very intimate. No phone tagging, or waiting forever on email correspondence. Very professional. We’ve been to alot of places but this was by far the best and easiest to plan and book. She actually stayed at this resort which made it even more helpful! Our past travels we planned/researched ourselves and never used a Travel Agent. Those vacations…I needed a vacation after the vacation. There is a reason for Travel Agents! Skip the headache and stress! Needless to say, we are already working on another trip with Lauren and the lovely people she works with at About Going Places. Oh I forgot to add…when we returned home we had a written thank you note in the mail. Who does that anymore!? Very special Agency. Thank you so much!

Stacey set up a Thailand trip for me and one of my oldest friends. Top shelf service and amenities. Stacey was already familiar with the places we went to therefore she had a good understanding of what we would enjoy. Bangkok offers so much to see, I will need to go back another time. I have used Peter at About Going Places for all of our trips (multiple times a year) since our honeymoon in 2014. Peter is knowledgeable and is so easy to work with, but also gives great advice based on your budget or desired location (even if you have no idea where you want to go). We will forever use a travel agent, and Peter at that, because of all the added benefits you get with a travel agent, but also for the time and headache saved. Highly recommend About Going Places!

Amazing vacation!

I used About Going Places to book a trip to London and Paris for the New Year. I had a wonderful experience! I worked with Peter and he responded to emails quickly and answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. The hotels we stayed in were both great (clean, friendly staff) and were close to many restaurants, tourist attractions, and train stations so it was very easy to get around each city. He also booked airport transfers for us so we didn't have to worry about missing our flight! I had a great time and will be using them again!

We highly recommend About Going Places to anyone for all of their travel needs! We fist met Peter from AGP at a wedding/bridal expo show about a year before our wedding. We ended up booking Peter as our travel agent to book our honeymoon for us, and he did such an amazing job! Excellent communication both in person and over the phone and email. He gave us a lots of options for our honeymoon and helped us narrow down and pick out destination. He took care of the entire booking process all the way down to our travel document and final details. He had a ton of great recommendations and suggestions that made a big difference on our honeymoon. We had an amazing honeymoon and an amazing time in St. Lucia. We plan on using Peter at AGP in the future for all of our future trips! Highly recommend!
