We had a fantastic weekend at Banning Mills! I booked the Adventure Package. The zip lining tour and guides were fantastic. Humor and encouragement throughout. Horseback riding got extended from 1 to 2 hours cause the guide said she was enjoying us. Kayaking guide Ryan gave us interesting factoids all along the banks of the Chattahoochee. The main lodge staff offered to drive us back to our room when the weather turned windy and wet. Absolutely will visit again and recommend to our friends and family!

We have an amazing Valentine’s getaway!
The tree house was really nice, I added some covered strawberries delivered to the room for the perfect touch on this occasion ♥️..
We also did the spider cars, and zip lining .. the guides were really friendly and made us have a great experience.
We enjoy hiking and exploring the property..
Let’s not forget about the 6 course dinner .. every single plate was so delicious.
We cannot wait for a warmer weather to also bring the kids and have fun with them.

I never leave reviews but I had to for this place because the staff made all the difference in our experience and I wanted to share about it. I was so impressed with the young guys running the zip lines. They all were very professional hard workers, and had great personalities and senses of humor that made what could be a frightening experience much more enjoyable and worth it. Very happy with the entire Zip Line adventure.

Great place! Great service! And they offer breakfast included in stay, it was delicious. Room was spotless and beautiful. We did a high bluff tree house! Absolutely amazing, amazing views! Great couples getaway Zipline was well worth it! And the tour guides did a great job! The hikes and history that is around is like finding hidden gems! Extremely friendly staff! Everyone was vigilant and willing to offer assistance. We will be returning in the summer for a full family vacation with the kids! Highly recommend if you need a break!

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time at Banning Mills. We took advantage of the many activities available to us. We zip-lined, rode the eco spider vehicles, went horseback riding and hiked. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner as well. Andrew, James and crew, Laura, to name just a few, went above and beyond to make every excursion fun. A great time was had by all and we look forward to returning.

The location is beautiful with lots of things to do or just relax and do nothing. The zip line tour guides are great with lots of "dad jokes" to keep you entertained. The staff is kind and helpful The cabins are nice and clean. My only wish is that the cabins had pots, pans, and basic kitchen essentials.

This was a very charming hidden jewel (to us anyway) that we were blessed to take advantage of a few weeks ago. Me and the bride were looking for a getaway for just a couple of days and she jumped on Google to find something special. She text me all excited that she found the perfect place and I would be excited. Banning Mills did not disappoint. We stayed in the one bedroom tree house and the stay was magnificent. The ONLY challenge we had was the hot tub not getting hot enough water, which was a slight disappointment because that was one of the features my wife was looking for, but the rest of the stay, the amenities, the food! (omg) greatly overshadowed that for sure. Such BEAUTIFUL land and scenery. We really enjoyed the hiking trails that overlooked the river and like I said, the breakfast and dinner was MAGNIFICENT. I would highly recommend this charm to anyone looking for a couple of days getaway, to even a week's stay. There is so much to do that we did not take advantage of and we have already booked a family cabin for April and are bringing all of the kiddos with us. Thanks for a wonderful time!
