I booked my vacation at Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana using Nicolai Travel Adventures and it was of the best experiences I ever had. Natasha Jusino is one of the most patient and understanding travel agents I’ve ever worked with. She worked so diligently with us trying to find accommodation for 8 of us in this group with different tastes. We had sooooo many questions and concerns and she answered all of them very professionally. She went way above and beyond her duties even on the phone with me for hours late at night. She did an excellent job and was just a phone call away when we needed help with our rooms being placed together at the facility. Natasha and her manager made sure to call Hard Rock to ensure our wishes were met. Thank you Nicolai Adventures for your caring, patience and kindness. I will definitely book with you again.

Kind and professional are the best words available to describe Natasha. She had me prepared, up to par with my documents needed, on target with the services available. She made it seamless. Unfortunately due to the hurricane, my trip wasn’t ideal but she checked on me daily, lodged my complaint with the hotel and even did all the work to get me some of my money back. She made it so easy for me that I did nothing but show up and kept pulling out my passport 😂. I will never do a real trip without her services because she just made it so easy. We breezed through security and immigration both ways. I thank you Natasha, you were so bomb.

Natasha was AMAZING with helping us book our honeymoon trip to Dominican Republic. She handled our flights, transportation to and from the airport, and our hotel stay. We chose not to do any excursions as a personal preference. She made sure our trip was exactly what we wanted it to be, and it sure was! She was also easily reachable while we were on vacation with a few questions I had. I’d recommend her to everyone!
