Absolutely great experience on our first Viking cruise - Romantic Danube. Carol and her IGT Team helped us every step of the way. It's all done by the unfailingly competent and helpful staff. They have specific staff for all areas. Response time to questions is fast and everyone is well prepared and knowledgeable. What sets them apart is their caring attitude. I had to miss a cruise at the last minute because of my husband's ill health, and I was so surprised and touched to find a delivery of comforting items like soup beautifully packaged and delivered to my door from Carol Shaddix.
