Rooms were clean upon check in. Entry, Lobby, elevator floors were dirty and had sticky stuff on the floors. Coffee machine in lobby was broken. Nothing done about it for two night stay. Why waste time reporting things if no one does anything about. Hot tub empty and dirty. Room was not refreshed during two night stay. No answer at front desk. Focus seems to be selling alcohol at the breakfast bar in the evenings. Management needs to improve. I will not return to this place. Hope to find better down the road!!!

Added one star as they cleaned the lobby floor and fixed the coffee machine after two days. Too bad the front desk was so unfriendly and not to be found when you needed them.

The staff was very friendly and the location was clean. They did have some issues with some things (like an icemaker and coffee machine) that did not work. However, the overall experience was good.

Walk in booking , Maddison was very helpful in signing me up for Best Western Rewards , recommendations and getting my girlfriend and I a room . Room 328 was very clean, fairly priced for a King Suite, looked recently renovated , spacious , COLD ac , a functioning fridge , and plenty of space . Hotel had a mini bar behind the desk and a full bar next to the outdoors pool. Pool was nice , clean, even though we didn’t get to enjoy it for long. Recommending to the hotel staff , leaving extra towels outdoors for the guest who might have checked in later , trying to enjoy the pool, it was a cold walk up for both of us . Hot tub was accommodating temperature for the cold Arizona night . The original towels in the room were soft and fluffy, but the extra towels provided by the house keepers were very rough and not as welcoming, other than that , breakfast was very fresh, plentiful and filling. We look forward to coming back on our future travels .

Wow! what a beautiful, clean friendly experience, from (JJ) at the front desk to (ARI) in the restaurant a spotless place to have a delicious breakfast we enjoyed our stay so much thank you you guys you are a great team (you all must have great managers) and it shows !!!

Super easy to book on the phone, they also had a military discount. The room was really clean and spacious. The bed was comfy and pillows were the perfect firmness. And the downstairs bar had specialty fall cocktails, so even though I didn’t get the margarita I wanted at the local Mexican restaurant, I was able to get one downstairs that was fall-themed for $8. Bartender was great.

The continental breakfast was nothing spectacular, but they had mini waffles, regular AND strawberry, and a good selection of muffins, some apples, cereals, biscuits and gravy, eggs and bacon, and yogurt and toppings.

Desk staff was helpful. Everything was clean. We would definitely stay again.

Audrey, Brendan and Rhiannon gave me the time of my life! They sold the hotel hard and their burrito recommendations were top notch! Would definitely sleep there again, hard!
