Atlanta Hartsfield airport had us on the runway for 2 hours making connection with our 2nd flight impossible. Called Michelle and she handled every single detail from rental car, directions, even placed a call to our bed and breakfast hosts to tell them of our situation. She picked out where to stay and where to go down to the T on my husbands surprise trip to killington VT...she was pure comfort and joy and our trip was nothing but magical and memories. CALL THIS WOMAN!!!! She's a blessing!
