Thank you Coast to Coast for our trip wonderful trip to North Carolina on 8/24/ 2024. Mr. Reginald Wilson was a professional Bus or Motor coach operator. Very kind to help the ladies on and off the bus. His driving was great. No weaving in and out of the lanes. I must say the bus was very clean. The bathroom smell of bleach so I know he is a clean and neat operator.

My son just returned from a trip with his high school band. The drivers on this trip were the most unprofessional, rude, incompetent, and unsafe I've ever seen. Additional unscheduled stops for drivers to take food and restroom breaks outside of when the students did (four buses). Drivers arguing with each other, screaming on the phone, two buses had a near-miss for a rear end collision, one bus hit a tollbooth ripping the side mirror off. For one excursion two of the four buses never showed up to pick up the kids, causing them to nearly miss their excursion and dinner! The buses were advertised as including TV monitors, wifi, and working outlets and had none of that. Drivers refused to gas at the scheduled gas/changing stop on the ride home (a stop listed on the itinerary that was published weeks before the trip), which meant our kids had to make a second stop at 3:00am, get off the bus and wait for 45 minutes. The trip up was three hours late in arriving, the return trip took 28 hours!! There was a mechanical issue, which happens, and it was eventually resolved. I'd like to see the driver logs as I'm sure that they violated the allowable drive/rest times as well. Drivers for school trips are normally so much fun, knowledgeable, SAFE, and courteous but that was certainly not the case this time. I fully expect compensation for the students, chaperones, and school staff on this trip as they certainly did NOT get what we paid for. AND....BEWARE, ALL the other reviews from parents and students that were on this trip have now been pulled down!!
