Positive: The Hotel is under going renovation on the first floor. Second floor all the rooms were just renovated and were clean and fresh looking. The swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub were open and operating just fine. Made for a great place to relax. Negative: I would suggest that the hotel look into a wider variety of items for their breakfast. You can get burned out on scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal & waffles very quickly.

Where do I begin?.. first, the lady at the front desk couldn't confirm if the late checkout I requested had been confirmed. It would have been nice to know that there was construction going on at this facility... we had a perfect view of all the buckets, tiles, trash, a trailer used for debris, and a plethora of buckets right under our balcony. That brings me to the balcony... do they clean outside at all?.. it was dirty and gross, there were cigarette butts thrown on the floor, someone's beer bottle located under the AC unit... and, an AC unit exhaust grill leaning up against a corner wall. The room maintenance is lacking, there were 2 holes in the walls, the shower door would not stay shut... we had to prop a towel in the track on the floor to keep it closed. The AC cover was basically falling off the unit. To say that I was very disappointed with the room would be a gross understatement. For the money I paid to stay in your hotel... I expected much better. I can sincerely say that I have never stayed in a hotel this bad before. I took several pictures and will be writing all this in my review of your hotel. At this time, I am requesting a refund of no less than 60%. We will not be staying in this hotel in the future.

i booked this room through expedia and was not told that it is under construction. The people that are running this hotel - which is soon to be La Quinta are nasty and bitchy. I saw one of them drunk in the hallway next to my room over Labor Day weekend 2024. She proceeded to talk poorly about what she thought of my appearance. ||||The hotel should not been opened until it's fully renovated and they should hire better staff. I will never stay at this particular hotel again because of it and will tell everyone I know about it. They also tried to scam me by claiming my discounted rate was cancelled and double charged me for the full rate, which is FRAUD in my mind. Never again!

Crummy to say the least. Room floor was sticky in some areas, and just downright grimy in others. Renovation is no excuse for a bad job. The breakfast was burnt, expired, or so watered down you had soup. For the price I paid I'd at least expect the floors to be mopped. You know it's bad when salt is the best part of a breakfast.

Main lobby area is closed. Breakfast area is temporary. The parking lot is currently dirt. The room was nice and the towels were soft. Don’t expect normal “hotel” breakfast in the temporary area. The juice machine is broken and there wasn’t a toaster. I feel bad for the employees at this location because the hotel probably should not be open during the heavy remodel at this location.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Worst hotel experience of my life. Hotel under construction, no pool, no ac, no amenities whatsoever. Staff was extremely rude. The front desk clerk for night shift i believe her name started with a C, should be fired!! She is a disgusting excuse for a human being. She refused to get my daughter a cot to sleep on and also refused to give me her manager’s #.

no amenities all under construction. Parking is closed no handicap parking. food area is in construction area so dusty food seam dirty. trip hazards everywhere. no cooling in common areas making it very uncomfortable to move around hotel.

This hotel is nearly completed with its renovation. The rooms are immaculate and well decorated. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious. The reception staff were very friendly
