Customer service is very unprofessional. We are parents and we tend to forget things and, they don't send notifications for payments due, like the others school transportation companies. I recommend to pay your amount in full because they are not too much helpful. They basically blame you with bad attitude, for not remembering your payments on time every month. There's no option for automatic payments. Very disappointed.

Class Act Tours representative Sunni Templeton abrasive, rude with zero customer service skills . As a parent I had a genuine request and after not getting clarity via email, I called Sunni to explain my needs, and she would not let me speak and kept cutting me off and I could not even get two words in. I was trying to explain my reasons for having all my school payments in the school system, but she was brash and abrasive and proceeded to hang up on me when I requested that she at the very least let me speak.
To say that I was mortified, would be the least. I could not believe that an employee of a company that we are trusting to plan and execute our childrens school trip would be so unprofessional.
