We had Renard come out and help us and he was wonderful! Very polite and efficient in his work. Not to mention the Urbanex office people were all very knowledgeable, kind, and willing to earn the business of the customer.

Orientation for prospective parents occurs monthly. Non-refundable application fees of $50 are collected even when the center knows there are no openings now or in the near future. I applied when my child was in diapers & despite the expansion into the library, my kiddo never got a slot with this so-called “lottery.” This appears to be another source of revenue for this center preying upon parents looking for quality care for their neighborhood kids. My gut told me that, but I applied anyway since they were walking distance to my house & seemed like a good option in an, otherwise, child-care desert. I should always trust my gut.
