NON-RESPONSIVE - I made plans and sent Cathy Stokes of Seniors on the Go Travel, a check and registration forms for two (2) participants dated May 5, 2023. One participant had to cancel due to another engagement and Cathy was informed of this on May 8, 3023. The Post Office noted that the mail was delivered to Cathy’s home on May 7, 2023. The trip was scheduled June 29, 2023. so, there was no way the trip was sold out. I have not received a confirmation for the trip nor has my check cashed. I have made several phone calls and sent several emails asking for a confirmation for myself ONLY since I did NOT cancel. To date June 26, 2023, I have not received a response from Cathy. I can only assume that Cathy cancelled the trip for both parties. I DO expect my check to be returned, hopefully to me, with an explanation that the trip was sold out which I seriously doubt since she received my information a month and a half in advance. I think that Cathy is not equipped to refund the money nor has the manpower or knowhow to make a refund, therefore she cancelled both parties. I have been greatly inconvenienced.
June 3, 2023, Cathy sent the other participant, who did not write the check, a message indicating that the trip was booked based on the time she received her sign up. Again, I sent the forms and check to her and according to the Post Office she received the check and both forms on May 7, 2023. I will provide an update later.
LESSON LEARNED – Only send one (1) check per participant. If you trust Seniors On The Go Travel to do what is right.

Because of an abundance of rain, a few changes had to be made, but, she did this promptly with patience and no drama. Seniors on the Go is a premier travel opportunity for the mature crowd the itineraries are well paced. Outstanding lunches are included in the price. The buses and drivers are first rate. Sign up and sit back and enjoy the experience. We are lucky to have such a quality and affordable travel asset. I recently went to a local safari here in Georgia. Before that, I enjoyed an eight day experience in London and Paris. Met awesome co travelers. All arrangements are made for you. Just pack and go.
