We would like to highly recommend Charm Katz limousine Services for A-class customer service and responsiveness. We reserved a party bus for our clients for 4 days in a row at the end of May 2022. Our main point of contact was Shyrod and he handled our itinerary, arranged a driver for us each night and exceeded our expectations: answering and returning phone calls promptly, answering all of our questions and being transparent about the entire process and pricing. We felt really well-taken care of. Each day the drivers arrived 30 mins prior to schedule pick up. The party buses were beautiful on the interior, outfitted with current audio visual technology and had enough space for our party of 10 guests to have a good time. The music and screens enhanced our party experience over the 4 days and just made everything more memorable. Charm Katz Limousine Services is a professional, customer-centered company that put the needs of their clients first. We will definitely utilize them again in the future.

I was nervous about hiring Charm Katz because I had not worked with them before, they were coming from another town than our company is located, and the entire event depended on the bus picking up the group and bringing them to our city and then taking them to various events throughout the entire weekend. Charm Katz did an amazing job! They also always reassured me, even giving me facetime tour to show me the bus prior to the event. The bus looked great and the driver was wonderful. The client was very happy and so was our team.

We rented a party bus for my daughter’s 13th birthday and it was a wonderful experience. The bus was very nice and clean, the girls loved it. The driver was on time, drove safely, and was responsive via text and phone when communicating throughout the night. Paying online was easy, and Shyrod made the process seamless. First let me start by saying that charm Katz was the best decision I made for my birthday celebration. Going into the party I was nervous because you want everything to go right, and to have the most fun you can. But this company insured me that I have nothing to worry about just be ready to show up and have a great time. I had a large party, and everyone have a great time. The bus was clean, luxury, and even provided soda and water. Lance was the driver and did a great job, and also was a good driver and made sure the safety of the passengers 🙏🏽. This was been such and honor if I could do it all over again I wouldn’t change anything it was perfect.

Thank you for such amazing service. Charles was our driver for our daughters 13th birthday bash. He arrived early, giving us plenty of time to set everything up on the bus. He was extremely patient with us, considering we were picking up 24 children. Thank you so much for helping make my daughter's birthday extra special. I will definitely book again!!!

I booked a party bus during the Valentine Day weekend. It was everything! The driver was prompt and courteous. Soft drinks were provided. We were allowed to bring our own drinks. The bus was clean with spacious accommodations. I will definitely book again for any upcoming events needing to host a large group. Overall impeccable service from booking though the end of event.

On 5/17/19, We selected Charm Katz to transport us for my Friends bachelorette party. The reservation process was made easy and convenient. The driver arrived early and ready to roll. The company actually deserves 5 stars but at the end of the night we wrapped about 35 minutes prior to our end time and the driver requested a tip. Out of the group of 20 ladies we provided the driver with a little under $100.00 cash tip. He appeared unhappy with the tip and stated he was looking to receive $10.00's per patron which would be a $200.00 tip. To try to accommodate his request we stated we would cash app him more money and he replied "no you won't". We enjoyed every part of our trip but feeling pressured to provide more money. I would definitely use this company again but would just pray for a more humble driver.

I want to tell the good and the bad. The good: Charm Katz was the only company that was able to work with my schedule and budget. Shyrod was very polite and accommodating. He was patient and worked with me on multiple phone calls until we agreed on a time and price. This part gets a 5.
The bad: However, on the day of the reservation, Sept 23, 2018, the bus driver did not arrive on time. I called the bus driver and he said he thought the reservation was for 1pm, when it was for 12pm. He apologized and said he would arrive by 1pm. Over the phone he gave me 2 options, we could could extend the time by one hour or get refunded the one hour. I opted to extend the time by one hour. When he arrived he told me he could not extend the time by one hour as they already had another reservation that day. So I asked him how much would they reimburse me and he advised $100. After doing some quick math I realized the one hour came out to $166.
The bus driver thought he was making it right by saying the "next time" I reserve with them they would give me a free hour. I guess they do not understand making it right needs to happen at the moment, not in the future. They should have given me a free hour then, or at least a free half hour, for messing up the reservation, as my party of twelve was sitting in a store for 1 hour waiting on the bus.

Since the bus driver, although very polite, arrived one hour late, could not extend my time one hour, almost short changed me the one hour refund, and could not "make it right" for our inconvenience, I cannot give this review more than a 2. It's unfortunate because the girls had a good time, but it was just a very short good time.
