Kingsmen Coach Lines is. PHENOMENAL company. They took the Westlake Band HS Band to Orlando to the Florida Blue Classic. Their buses are clean and comfortable. Our Motor Coach Operators :Mr. Melvin Jefferson, Ms. Glenda Edward, and Jarrell Blackshear are very professional ensuring our students got every destination safe and secure. The provide first class service for our students from start to finish.

In August (2017) Kingsmen Coach Line provided us with a very professional driver (Maurice). Not only was the adults pleased with our driver but the children on board appreciated the way he cared about our travel. No, not everything was perfect, but Maurice handled everything in a professional manner that let the children know they were safe. We really appreciated his kindness and mannerism. I recommend using Kingsmen Coach Line to all and ask for Maurice.

We were on I-75 around 3:15 pm when BUS 131 almost hit us. He had no turn signal on and came over to our lane almost took the right front bumper off.

I have nothing but good things to say, my Non Profit Organization, Prestigious Ladies in Pink CO chartered a bus to Savannah this weekend. The driver Zues was very professional and engaging to his guest, he was prompt and most of all the bus was clean, the restroom was fresh and all the amenities on the bus were in working order. We will definetly be recommending this business to all of our famiy friends and colleagues.

My goal is to always support BOBO businesses however, I will never support them again. My contract was to have a bus take my group from Tucker, Georgia to Savannah, Georgia on 3/19/2016 to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Savannah. Below are all the issued I experienced with this trip and my Bus, Bus 121. Prior to making my frustrations known publicly, I've spoken with several people in the office at Kingsmen Coach Lines and have yet to receive a callback from anyone in charge. For days, I've been told that Mrs. Ruby ( I have no clue who this is) would call me back. It has yet to happen.

Problems
Bus Arrived 30 minutes late. My contract was for 7:30AM Report Time, 8:00AM Departure.

Outlets behind the driver didn't work

Wireless Microphone didn't work

WIFI didn't work

Sink in the bathroom didn't work - This is a health issue and I would have thought this would have prompted a speedy response, from the company, but it didn't.

NEVER USE THEM!!!!

This was my organization PLPCO first bus charter and it has been nothing but pleasant from being with Ms. SHELIA to the end. Excellent driver ..shout out to Mr. ZEUS. Definable will recommend to others to this business.
