I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Cathy, David, and Jeremy at Oconee Wild Watersports! My family came to stay in a rental house during spring break, we rented kayaks one day and a large boat another day. Both experiences were perfect. David and Jeremy ensured we all made it in an out of our kayaks safely and reminded dry. They were friendly and reassuring for the ones in our party who hadn’t kayaked before. They also ensured our boat rental was spotless, and provided clear docking instructions since we were driving the boat to our rental house dock. They were top notch gentlemen and we really appreciated them!
Cathy shared her passion for delicious sub sandwiches with us, and boy did it enhance the taste of them! Highly recommend giving the Philly cheese steak one a try, but you won’t be disappointed with anything on the menu. Then there’s the custom souvenirs, which were superb quality, and again you could feel the passion from Cathy in their craftsmanship. She happily made custom shirts for us which we will treasure forever, and we know will last even longer.
We plan to return to Lake Oconee in the future and a big part of that is because of how welcoming and caring this crew was. Thank you all!

We booked Oconee Wild Watersports for Labor Day weekend, and we had a wonderful time. The check-in process was a breeze. We loved the tube that came with the boat. My only complaint was that we returned 7 minutes late, and they charged us $56. It was an unexpected charge.

What a 💲 money saving 💲 business this is for us!!!
After selling our pontoon we decided to rent one as needed. NO investment in a boat, NO insurance or annual tax, NO storage or maintenance, and NO cleaning!
When we want water play we come to Oconee Wild Watersports and it's all taken care of for us. Last Wednesday we entertained 12 people on a beautifully clean pontoon with a high quality towing tube for 4 hours of laughing and splashing! Everything we needed was provided. We even bought a picnic lunch at their SANDWICH SHOP and took it with us. No muss, no fuss!
The STAFF is knowledgeable, gracious, and professional! All we did was make the reservation, follow the safety rules, and pay the VERY REASONABLE bill. Voila! All done until next time!

Rented a boat today - such an amazing day on the water. We had a tube as well - and everyone enjoyed tubing and a gorgeous day in the way.

Staff was super friendly and helpful and cost to rent was reasonable.

My sons and grandkids were here this weekend. We rented kayaks for all. Everyone had a great time. Reserving the equipment was very easy. Everyone was very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My wife and I will be regular customers.

Reservation/booking staff super helpful on phone. Boat ready for pickup on time. Staff helpful at pickup with instructions, extra life jackets for grandkids and a quick launch. Boat performed well with no issues and was like new. Drop off and checkout was equally as professional and efficient. Would rent here again the next time in town. I didn’t get to try a sub sandwich but they looked good.😌

Had a great time this week at the lake. We rented a Pontoon boat one day and their Surf boat another day! The HeyDay surf boat was the kids favorite! The OWW team got us on the water quickly. If your thinking about renting at Lake Oconee, pick this family owned / local company. Don’t go with one the larger marinas or watersport companies. Support local!
